I would avoid this hotel. It calls itself 5 star but the management must think it is 2 star because they treat you very poorly. The room was very nice and the gym fantastic – but that is where it ends. Firstly, we were told very clearly that we needed a card to get towels at the pool and that, if we lost it we would be charged $20 each. This is a 5 star hotel – cards to get pool towels is ridiculous. Then we left a book in the restaurant and when we went back the next day no-one had any idea what the procedure was regarding lost property. We did get it back eventually but how did no-one know where lost property was held? Poor management! The restaurant staff were terrible – at no point did anyone every come and ask us if we wanted to order or if we needed anything. We had to go to them every time – even though there were 5 or 6 of them milling around – it was very strange. But the most bizarre thing was when we mentioned that we had run out of coffee pods in the room and we were told we had to pay for them!!! We were in a suite, in a 5 star hotel and being told we had to pay for coffee pods. These are just a few examples of the poor service - ther were many more. Just not good enough –I have no idea who is managing this hotel but they clearly have little to no experience. There must be better options in Arica.

Nos encontramos con un personal muy amable, quienes nos atendieron de la mejor forma y siempre tuvieron la mejor disposición para ayudarnos. Rocío; de recepción, nos ayudó a conocer la ciudad, nos hizo un resumen de lugares para recorrer, nos entregó un mapa y nos contó de cada lugar que podíamos visitar. Su compañero nos indicó lugares para ver puesta de sol e incluso nos ayudó con toallas para poder utilizar en la playa, un detalle pero sin dudas, un gran gesto de hospitalidad. El área de recepción siempre atenta para facilitar nuestra estadía, la higiene y limpieza de la habitación excelente y oportuna. Su restaurant, El Gallo Cojo, es un excelente lugar para distraerse y disfrutar de muy rica comida (recomiendo mucho probar sus pizzas), el desayuno buffet; muy variado, alimentos frescos y fruta de la zona, además del personal de restaurant, siempre atentos a la disponibilidad de alimentos y atentos a la comodidad del huésped. La vista al mar de sus habitaciones es inmejorable, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.

GGuest UserWe stay a third-year-old group for a week, we are enchanted, the attention of all the excellent staff, a 10, exquisite breakfast and abundant, exquisite lunch, equal dinner, very well served with much love, rooms, Excellent beds, clean and pleasant, excellent bathrooms, gardens, terraces for Sent**** outdoor all the hotel is a 10, I recommend it completely and I hope I can return.I was with my family we were 11 in total and we spent it very well . Thank you very much.We celebrate until my sister's birthday that was 85 years old, Thank you for your attention.

GGuest UserChambre confortable mais avec des petits soucis techniques désagréables au niveau de la douche (il faut attendre au moins 5min pour avoir l'eau chaude. Mais au fur et à mesure de mon séjour, je constate que la plupart des appartements au CHILE sont concernés par ce problème 😔 plus manque de pression aux WC).
Mur des chambres non épais au cas où s'il y a du bruit et fenêtres non en double vitrage.
Le petit déjeuner : vous ne manquez rien! Qualité non au rendez vous. J'ai fait une petite remarque pour ma part de Cake à la personne qui gère le déjeuner, elle m'a à peine écouté sans plus alors que ça relevait de la sécurité alimentaire pour tous.
Point positif :
- Placement non loin des lieux à visiter
- Commodités de la chambre simple et bien, petite lisseuse au dessus de chaque lit. J'enlève des étoiles à cause du petit dej. et le comportement de la serveuse.
- Le réceptionniste toujours présent donc pas mal si vous arrivez tardivement. Il faudra le préciser lors de votre réservation et vous conseille de le confirmer à nouveau 24h avant.
- Le réceptionniste répond rapidement aux demandes exceptionnelles.
Pour conclure, je recommande cet hôtel pour deux nuits maximum.
