Best Santiago Province Hotels

"It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words"

"It’s still 15 min drive from the airport and shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours ahead. We did NOT know as did not check the hotel WhatsApp profile picture that says so in Spanish… but they did provide us shuttle transfer for free the next morning upon our request at check-in. Facilities are nice despite of average service"

"Old House was converted into a cool new small hotel, but there are a few very unintimate shortcomings. The first is that there is no elevator. If you are carrying a luggage on the third floor, it is very inconvenient. The second room and bathroom are super small and there is no mobile space. There is even no place to put your wallet key mobile phone. The room only has a small bedside table. Very inhumane. Even if you book two shelves on the wall, it is easy? Third, a little distance from the main scenic spots in the city"

"When we arrived the taxi driver told us that we should not stay in this neighbourhood as it is dangerous and prone to gang violence. We asked to cancel our booking but the hotel refused. We decided to stay but came home by 7:30 each evening (before it went dark). We didn’t see any trouble during our 6 night stay. The hotel is brand new, very clean and modern. The hotel bar isn’t open but the staff do allow you to bring your own drinks from the local supermarket and drink them at the bar. "

"I liked the hotel and the locality. The service , staff. I found only a weak breakfast. But restaurants nearby with a legal price ! I liked it quite! I found only the cost for three people."

"The toilet is not clean, but it is ok. The staff is good for the room. I live alone. I have a good roommate. I will not have a nose symphony. The location is a few convenient minutes. I will go to the airport bus bus stop."
