JJiraphonI must say that before traveling, we were quite worried about many things in this country, such as the people, the bathrooms, the cleanliness, etc. (It was all our own thoughts, listening, and imagination). But that was not an obstacle to our decision to travel this time….. When we arrived at Siguniangshan, let everyone imagine… It’s like a community deep in the mountains, about 4-5 hours away from the city. The atmosphere in the village is similar to Ban Rak Thai in Mae Hong Son mixed with Hmong or something on a high mountain. The public bathrooms We weren’t that worried **There might be some places along the way that were a bit brutal😅 We arrived in front of the hotel where we were going to stay and found it quiet both in front of the hotel and inside the hotel. We started to feel, “Huh! What’s going on?” until our driver shouted something in Chinese. Suddenly, a woman suddenly appeared from the kitchen, wearing an apron and gloves, with a friendly smile on her face, greeting and welcoming us warmly. (I can say this because Today, when we write this post, we are already on our way back.) And I must say that every day that we stayed at this accommodation throughout our trip (3 nights), we were taken care of at every step by this woman. Whether it was food, picking us up and dropping us off, recommending restaurants, being an interpreter, finding us a taxi, etc., there were so many more. If we were to describe it, it would be impossible (we guess that this woman is probably the owner of the hotel who takes care of everything in the hotel herself). If one day we have the chance to come back here again, we definitely won't hesitate to stay here. ”Relax your mind, accept the mountains, and the mountains will accept you.” It's ”adjusting”. These are the words of that woman..!!! My heart is full 🥰

BBoon TiongAbsolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

TTripzeiraThe hotel room is comfortable, but the reality is a bit different from the videos and pictures in the app. The hot spring pool was not working, the breakfast place is freezing cold, what makes the food to be cold minutes after we put in our plate. It has a good variety of food for breakfast anyway. The floor heating in the room was the best part. Also the receptionist was very helpful when I need something, we were communicating by WeChat. Another good point is that the hotel has a restaurant, so you don’t need to go out to find food. I used the transfer service to go to the scenic spot, It was also good.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, located just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance, was a blend of positives and areas needing improvement. The Japanese-style room with floor heating initially felt elegant and cozy. However, the experience was overshadowed by some challenges. We noticed stains on the toilet bowl upon check-in, which indicated that cleaning could have been more thorough. Although housekeeping responded quickly, the cleaner only wiped the surface, leaving room for improvement in addressing the issue. Later in the evening, the heater malfunctioned as temperatures outside dropped to -2°C. While the room’s floor heating was a thoughtful addition, it didn’t compensate for the lack of overall heating. When we requested a room change, the hotel declined and instead sent a technician to address the issue. While the problem was resolved, it meant waiting in discomfort, which could have been avoided with better preparation and more focus on guest convenience. The hotel’s location and room design are definite strengths, but attention to maintenance and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience. With some improvements, this hotel could truly match its potential. For now, guests may want to manage expectations when staying here.

QQuanquandiandiandianWhen traveling with the elderly and children, just keep it simple and clean. The family suite has two bathrooms and a shower room. It’s quite close to the ancient city by car, and there are many things to eat. The boss is nice and kind. We booked breakfast in the evening, which included porridge, eggs and kimchi. It was hot and tasted so good. It cost 46 yuan for 4 adults and 2 children, which was worth it. recommend.

GGuest UserIt’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. JJesyca TashiiHotel location is very strategic; it is located in between jiuzhaigou sceneric area and Pengfeng Village. On its right side is Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area entrance (max 10 mins walk) and on its left side Pengfeng Village (600 m away). For those who are unware, Pengfeng Village is the dropping point of Jiuyue bus service that drove passengers from Jiuzhaigou Railway station to Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area. The room itself is spacious, warm, with good setting of hot-cold water. The hotel can also help to arrange back-forth transportation going to Huanglong Park & Songpan; and connects guests with private sharing mini van service for a more relax - comfortable trip back to the railway station. The cons for staying in the hotel , however, were : 1. My room wasn't cleaned properly for consecutively 2 nights out of 4 nights of staying. 2. Few front desk officers communication skills need an upgrade, esp when talking to foreign guests. A clearer & more transparent communication from front desk will be appreciated to avoid potential unpleasant miss-understandings. 3. One of the paid car drivers, which hotel connects me with for return trip from Huanglong Park, tries to violate time agreement I had with front desk hotel, which ending upsets me. Later though,, when I addressed my complaints directly to the hotel, they stepped up and quickly addressed the issues; both to room division & car service companies. And (together with the new driver), tried to make the rest of my stay & trip back to railway station as comfortable as possible. Just like what any IHSG group hotels would do. I have always prefered IHSG group hotel. And hence, though my issues were taken care of, I still think it was unfortunate to have gone through such experiences with a big brand. I also hope hotel can prevent the same issues from happening to other guests onwards. Because aside from those issues, the hotel is a good choice of staying.
