The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.

The hotel service is very good, and they will send us to the high-speed rail station. The location is right next to the water rafting, and they also gave us two rafting tickets. The food we brought by ourselves was cold when we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel also helped us heat up all the meals. It was really warm❤️

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. 非常驚喜的酒店，設計時尚大氣，三房兩廳空間足夠大，全屋智能，整沽乾淨，專屬管家負責，早餐不是自助的，但比自肋還好，晶種多份量足，端上來我們都吃不完了，早餐還有羊排，根本吃不完，孩子們説要給這個酒店十顯好評，我覺得唯一不足的就是酒店太新了，樓道裝修味比較大，屋內還好，大家放心沖吧

The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. The price is a bit expensive.

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.
