The hotel is well-equipped and 5 minutes away from the beach. The restaurant has a buffet and Northwest specialties. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient to access, especially there are many delicious local foods around. I went out with friends, and there was a barbecue in the hotel with beer. The hotel met all our needs. The waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and dining times one by one. I will come to this hotel again next time

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

Basically in line with this price standard, not far from the New Port Pier, there are more parking spaces at the door, it is more suitable for self-driving tours into the port or leave work. Because the room was booked on New Year's Eve, we upgraded a room for free. The room was large and overall it was OK.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy... As for the facilities in the room, the facilities in the room are also clean, and the school supplies are also thoughtfully prepared for the children. Restaurant: The hotel's buffet breakfast is not too varied, but it can be fully eaten... If you plan to have lunch at the hotel, remember to go early, otherwise there will be no more 😊😊😊

Yishang Hotel is located in the old town of Chengmai. The location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel is very new and has good facilities. Almost the entire room can be remotely controlled by voice (shout ”Xiaodu Xiaodu”). The service attitude of the front desk clerk is very good, he answers all questions and is warm and kind. After staying for three days, the only flaw was the TV. It is claimed to be smart, but ”Aurora TV” cannot be opened, and ”Mobile Screen Mirroring” has not yet been enabled. Only IPTV can be used. As a claimed smart hotel and smart guest room, even Youku, iQiyi, Tencent, and Mango TV are not available (at least There should be 1-2 to watch), even if you want to use your mobile phone to cast the screen, it is a bit lacking, I hope it can be improved.

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.
