After obtaining the room card, I asked the front desk how many floors to use early, but the chef did not have early holiday between the first seven. We showed that the order was early. The waiter asked the manager. The manager said that they were not early and did not want to live in another place. I answered the phone and said that the order of Trip.com was the contract. Why don't you understand the minimum contract spirit as a manager? I am just defending rights. You should give an explanation. The manager said that you can change the hotel and don't lose anything... If you want to find it, find Trip.com . I'm really speechless. How can this ability and quality be a manager in this big hotel?
