每次去鞏義都會選這家星程，一住基本都5天以上，這次辦理入住時不是很滿意，我一次定了5天，給我一間緊靠邊，空調還轟轟響的房間，我住一天也就算了，5天叫我怎麼住，前台小姐也承認這房間是不好，我問住這麼多天，可以幫我升級一下房間或者相同換一間不靠邊的嘛。前台小姐各種死規定不行，還告訴我相同房間的也都不好，你衹能花錢升級。但是我之前來住，前台都會熱情主動給升級房間。所以我才會繼續的選擇這裏。最後還要感謝經理，讓我在這麼熱的天沒有退掉預訂，從新找房 。她從裏面出來就一句話，給她升吧，那些死規定就都沒有了。（我覺得別的城市星程服務都很人性化，鞏義店是要躺平了嘛。前台也需要多培訓，説話的技巧和腦子的靈活很重要）。
