Best Gu'an Hotels

The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, the front desk staff is very good, very active, warm, breakfast is not bad, personally feel that the price is quite high. Soaking in the hot spring, you can let go of your own mind and relax.

I booked the private soup hot spring here in advance in September, and I also read a lot of evaluations. I drove from Beijing for1.5 hours and arrived at 10 am. The store was warm and friendly and led the villa. And briefly introduced, the room temperature is suitable, It is colder than Beijing. The two-bedroom has a small courtyard before and after. There is a hot spring pool in the front yard. It must be a real hot spring. The water temperature is 45 degrees. The backyard can be barbecued. The key is quiet, warm and hygienic. This is rare, and there is breakfast the next day. buns, sweet potatoes, biscuits, are all homemade, very good. This place must be the best choice for a treasure holiday.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. Although it is in Hebei, it is very close to Beijing, and it only takes an hour to drive there. It is a hot spring resort hotel covering a large area, with a strong sense of design. The rooms are large, reasonably designed and comfortable, and you can also soak in the hot springs in the room. There are quite a lot of people on the seventh day of the Chinese New Year. The service staff at the front desk and the hot spring restaurant are very friendly. The flavor restaurant for dinner also tastes good, with constant diners and fast turnover. The service is orderly, available on call, and the attitude is kind. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for people of all ages. I will come again in the future.

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)

I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

In short, I am very satisfied with the stay experience this time, and I will choose this hotel next time!👍

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all available, and they are all of high quality.

The business city is 10 kilometers away from this hotel, and the front desk service is generally OK for breakfast. Hotel price is not cheap, the room is relatively large

The carpet of this hotel is newly replaced, the room is also very quiet, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Because I traveled with my children, I changed the room and took my children's slippers and toothbrushes. It was very attentive service. The front desk can also draw blind boxes, and the children like to play. The breakfast tastes good, and I also took a few oranges back to the room for my child. I met a robot in the elevator. My daughter was curious. Overall, it is very good, with good facilities, good environment, and better service. I highly recommend it
