We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. This hotel just opened, especially satisfied, this hotel service is warm, talking and communicating is very kind, smiling, the room is cleaned, the facilities are complete, this hotel is very good! Worth choosing!

This hotel is in the core area of ​​Gu'an. The hotel is very new and the hardware is great! There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel has an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces and convenient transportation. The lady at the front desk who checked in was very nice. There were free drinks and tea bags in the lobby, and the environment was pretty good.

不知為何，當穿過兩旁的別墅陣列和茂密的林蔭匝道，被帶到這個安靜的小院門前時，“應憐屐齒印蒼苔，小叩柴門久不開”這樣一個詩句突然跳到腦子裡。（圖一、二）這個別墅區實在太靜了！遠離凡塵顧自美着。小院帶有前後花園。配套的温泉池就設在後院，清洗得很乾凈。（圖四）查過，這裏的温泉屬蘇打型（碳酸氫鈉）水質，並沒有硫磺温泉洗後皮膚滑膩的感覺，可泡過後一覺睡到天大亮，通身舒泰啊！客廳和卧室面積不小，簡單裝修，無驚無喜，卻也算乾乾淨淨。（圖三、五）行館還獨自有個小餐廳，（圖六）吃過兩頓飯，大廚手藝不錯！不過分挑揀的話，足夠安頓五臟廟了。總之，於安於寂寞、愛好獨處者，以及冥想者、修書者，這裏都是再好不過的棲息之地。房東趙姐是個很認真也很懂得相互尊重的人。因為全程自助入離，我幾乎沒同她見過麪。但通過微信和電話，各種提示和叮嚀綿綿密密，相當周到。我喜歡這樣的相處方式，省去了多少寒暄、打招呼的疲累。如果説還有哪些不足，一是卧室似乎應添加一兩件置放衣物的設施，雖有個小櫃，實在不夠用。二是周邊配套的生活設施太少了。雖然步行六七百米有個業主餐廳，委實不便。諾大的度假區裏有個小超市，去過兩次都閉門謝客。為了買點牛奶之類，我們不得不駕車 20 多公里去縣城採購。當然，這不是房東的問題，而是這個叫做來康郡的休閑養老度假村還未能完成規劃。

It took more than 40 minutes to drive from Beijing Tiangongyuan to the Jingkai Expressway. It was very convenient to get there after getting off the expressway. The hotel is very large and parking is convenient. Although it was Friday, it was almost full when I arrived. The hotel is very large, like a palace, but the design is reasonable, the road signs are clear, and you won't get lost. There is an elevator upstairs. The room is spacious and bright, and the room is square. I especially like the bathroom design. It is very large and has a lot of places to put clothes. The private hot spring pool is in the bathroom, which is very convenient. The hot spring pool has a blue small tile inner wall, which is very clean. Cold and hot water can be put at any time, unlimited. The water temperature is very good and it is comfortable to soak. There is a TV in the hot spring, and you can watch TV while soaking. The breakfast is rich, Chinese style, and there are more noodles. The room service is very good, especially Cui Cuiping who served us this time. She is very enthusiastic and efficient. Many room problems were quickly solved by her. Full marks for service! The not-so-good thing is that some of the facilities in the room are relatively old, the bathroom exhaust fan does not seem to work, and the TV picture is not clear. But overall it is very good, cost-effective, and I will come again.

I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

The hardware facilities are pretty good. It can be seen that when the hotel was being built, they had ideas for decoration and wanted to do it well. It's a pity that the post-production management failed to keep up, and the hygiene details were also very poor. In order to get the goods, this is the closest hotel and there is nothing to choose from. The variety of breakfast is also pitiful. Drinks and other drinks are served in disposable plastic cups. Can you imagine... Then we booked two rooms and four breakfasts for the three of us. Two of us came to eat. I asked in advance if I could bring a little. The person who didn't come took it back. We understand that the buffet cannot be packed, so we asked in advance and hoped that we could be accommodating even if we brought a bun or something. The service staff strictly prohibited it and we didn't say anything. The most speechless thing was that we turned around and looked at each other. The eldest brother filled a bag full of steamed buns, fried dough sticks, cakes and the like. He chased us and told us that he was an insider. I don’t know if he was an insider or not. I know you are pretty good. In short, even in a large rural area, It’s because I don’t have a choice in doing things, so everyone can make their own judgment.

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find that the lobby is decorated very exquisitely and grandly, the overall environment is clean and tidy, and the light is very comfortable. The guest rooms are even more satisfying, with warm and elegant decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, and it is no problem to sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all available, and they are all of high quality.

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)
