整體來説還是比較滿意的，聽説是新店開業，所以存在一些問題也正常。 先説問題吧，就我個人的審美而言，酒店的正面外觀比較一般，公共區域，包括前台、餐廳、觀景休閑區的佈置比較普通，不太符合這個價位該有的感覺，因為上個月剛住過附近的匠廬，所以會有點對比，服務的感覺不夠專業，整體會有點家庭作坊的感覺，在溝通的時候手裡煙也沒停，這一點是我比較在意的。 再説説優點，酒店的房間，特別是我們住到的索嶺感覺很驚喜，設施齊全，裝修設計到位，位置也很絕，獨立私密，又視野廣闊，很愛，讓我們度過了很舒適的一天～景觀也是絕絕子，可以看到大橋和瀑布，雖然遠了點，最重要的是對面的羣山，現在少有這樣的機會盡情看落日、觀月色、賞星星，聽蟲鳴、看飛鳥了；雖然前面吐槽了一點服務，但還是能看得出來他們很努力很用心，一開始預訂的房間不符合預期的時候很用心幫忙解決了，有什麼需求也能及時響應，第二天離開的時候還專門送我們去了我們想去的地方，感謝！對了，民宿的餐食也很不錯，好吃不貴，很有貴州特色。 總體來説，雖然存在一些問題，但優點也很多，值回票價！希望可以繼續完善，以後有機會再來～

After about 20 minutes, he arranged two stir-fries and a cucumber for me. I was a little hesitant and afraid of spending money, so I had this idea. The housekeeper quickly said, ”It's fate for everyone to meet. If you want to spend money on me, it means you look down on me.” I couldn't refuse, haha, I was a little touched, and the meal was a waste. The key is that the butler's skills are not bad. This kind of easy-going feeling is like visiting a friend's house, which is completely incomparable to the stereotyped and procedural commercial service behavior. My favorite hotel in Qianxinan, Guizhou, must go to [Guanling] and [Beipanjiang Grand Canyon].
