Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

Our first hotel at Harbin was Manhattan hotel. It was a good hotel but interior looked abit old.Need to change their furniture and the aircond because it was so noisy.But the customer service was good ,She manage to change my room to another room since the aircond was so noisy.Otherwise the breakfast was really delicious and the location was really near to hagia sophia cathedral.Anyway thank you and all the best.

Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain. I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (***** New Year), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.
