"Great location and very central. The room will be a bit of a squeeze for two people with large suitcases however. It's sorta like those rooms in Japan. Cleanliness was good, water pressure good, breakfast each morning delivered to your room is such a great idea and it's a good start to the day. The staff are good. A man in particular was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The girl who checked me in was nice but I think she needs to be a bit less sassy. Otherwise all is good and I will stay again. Thank you"

"Considering that hotels in HK are LITERALLY SMALL, CASA Hotel's room sizes are 110 sqft which is 20 to 30% larger than common hotels which only have 68 to 86 sqft. The location is great, it's along nathan road, you'll never get lost. Also near in Yaw Ma Tei MTR station exit C. 7-11 is just at the side of hotel. The hotel maybe old and were given some negative feedbacks from other travelers, imo I still give them positive feedbacks for maintaining the cleanliness and good services of the hotel. Overall all, it was a great experience. Best value 3 star hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport > Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai > Airport) is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance. In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it’s clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities. Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would’ve been perfect!"

"Total gem. Location is fantastic; close to subway and a plethora of eateries. Less than a 10 minute walk to causeway bay. The room was impeccably clean. Simple gym and free laundry room are on same floor as reception. This large of a room is rare in Hong Kong. We liked going out to explore but also enjoyed hanging out in our room. We even had enough space to host an evening with friends. Tip: since this is a serviced apartment, shampoo and body wash are supplied but you will need to pick up your own water and hand soap. There is a shopping store right downstairs. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Fantastic location, very short walk to Mongkok subway station. Rooms were very clean, small but fair size for HK. Staff were very friendly, offered luggage storage for the day. Hotel is very simple and modern. Though a small seating area in the lobby would be nice for waiting. This place is very great option for the price, recommended for the location in the heart of Mongkok."

"after seeing so many comments about the rooms we were expecting something very small, but we were happy to see that it had a small table and plenty of space for two people and their luggage. the hotel was clean, the bathroom was perfect with a closed shower. it is an expensive price but it is normal in this city. the location is ideal, next to the centre with restaurants and near the metro. to come from the airport there is the A21 that leaves you directly and it is a double-decker. The only thing is that the bed is a bit hard, and it is true that the soundproofing is not the best, but you can only hear the corridor."

Very Good
LLaughingG26I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. What stood out most was the staff — they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Good
EEdiGThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short of that mark. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: The location is excellent, if you don't mind a steep uphill walk. However, the entire island is built on different levels, which isn't a negative but rather a positive – a daily workout! There's a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to reach the metro instead of walking up and down, straining your leg muscles. Next door is a botanical and zoological garden where you can take a stroll. By the way, entry is free. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to the cable car ”tram” stop for a trip to Victoria Peak. Check-in: Check-in was fast, but a USD 300 deposit is required, which isn't mentioned on either the trip.com website or the hotel's website. If you need an adapter for your electronic devices, ask for one right away – the receptionist won't offer it. Room: The room is relatively clean, though I did find some hair in the kitchen and on the bedding. For Hong Kong, the room is spacious, but there's nowhere to store a suitcase. You can set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it doesn't work. It only blows cold air, making the room humid. Kitchen: The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it's sufficient. However, upon check-in, they warn you that the stove can only be used for reheating food, not cooking, as the fire alarm system is very sensitive and might activate the siren due to hot steam. You must turn on the exhaust fan to full power and the air conditioner to avoid triggering the alarm. Why bother having a kitchen at all? Bathroom: The same situation as with the kitchen – you need to close the door and turn on the air conditioner at full power while showering to avoid the fire alarm being triggered by steam from the bathroom. The shower hose started leaking on the second day of my stay. It was replaced with a new one, which also leaked. When the technician replaced the hose, did he check if the equipment was working properly? I doubt it. Breakfast: Breakfast is only served from a menu, which is quite limited. It's delicious, but not diverse. Is this the service you'd expect from a 4-star hotel? The breakfast organization is chaotic – staff running around and clanging dishes. Two slow coffee machines and one toaster keep guests waiting in line. By the way, there are plastic mugs for tea and coffee. The only fruit options are two types of apples – red and green. Service: The service is polite, but I'd say it's ”on demand.” You need to ask for shampoo, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid to be refilled. The housekeeping, for some reason, doesn't notice the need to replenish hygiene products in the bathroom and kitchen. Environmentalism: As in all of Hong Kong, they no longer provide water in plastic bottles. That's good, but come up with an alternative so guests don't have to go to the store for water. In my opinion, this environmental concern is simply an opportunity to reduce service costs while maintaining high accommodation prices. Speaking of breakfast again, the jam and butter are provided in small plastic containers, just like on airplanes. Is this really about caring for the environment? Conclusion: Overall, it's a good choice if you're not bothered by the minor service inconsistencies and if you don't have high expectations for a 4-star hotel. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd recommend Two MacDonell Road.

HHark ManOnce if you take the chance to walk around its neighborhood then you will find It has very easy access to Victoria Park , Pattersons Street, Sogo department store - all within 10 minutes walk. Room size is acceptable for HK standard: adequate space to place/store your belongings! Higher level had much lovely views of city views ! Only complaint is the elevator is bit slow and the going down direction escalator was out of the order during our 5 days stay.

YYingnamI rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share this experience. I was really looking forward to this trip and paid over 5,000 baht for my stay, expecting decent service and a smooth check-in — especially on the first day. Unfortunately, everything started going wrong from the beginning. At check-in, I was told my room was on the 11th floor, but it was actually on the 19th. I don’t understand why I was given the wrong information. Later, I tried to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Thailand, but it didn’t work properly — possibly due to low voltage. I charged for almost 2 hours and the battery still didn’t go up. I asked the front desk if I could charge my phone there just for a few minutes while waiting for my friend to bring another adapter, but they refused and told me to buy a new one from the vending machine, which was quite expensive. I felt that was very unfair because I had my own equipment. I even brought my adapter down to show them and asked if they could check the electricity in my room. A housekeeper came twice and said the power was working, but still, my phone didn’t charge. I was exhausted from explaining everything again and again. The receptionist asked if I wanted to change rooms, but I was already too tired. All I wanted was to charge my phone. Finally, a kind housekeeper lent me her personal adapter — and I could finally charge my phone. By then, it was already late. I hadn’t eaten and most of the shops nearby were closed. What was supposed to be a relaxing first day turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience For the 5,000+ baht I paid, I honestly don’t think it was worth it. I expected better service from the start.

SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

GGuest UserThey were so kind at check in and explained exactly how to get around to the hotel. The check in is in the building right next to the rooms themselves. There is wonderful terrace access for a nice night view. The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and hygiene products restocked. The rooms was just the right size for the two of us, It does get loud due to the location being right on the street but that just comes with where the building is. Overall enjoyed our stay and were very happy!

GGuest UserOk hotel if you want something simple better than those cheap stays. But don't expect much. Overall is good, should improve cleaning (especially the bathroom which is old and hasn't been renovated). Regarding sound, you can hear people in the corridor and other rooms if they speak loud (like baby crying). You can hear the street sounds a little, but acceptable. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Photos show they bad sides, but the main room is very fine.

GGuest UserI’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy. Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else. I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.

Very hospitable and serves with a smile unlike the ones in the front desk. Nothing to worry about the transportation cos there's bus to everywhere. You just have to bring extra strengths for walking which makes it a good exercise. You won't starve in the hotel aswell cos they have shops nearby which makes it very convenient. Good stay I must say. Would recco 100%.
