We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

The room was clean and the sanitation was done in time. If there was any problem, call the front desk and someone immediately came to solve the problem. Service attitude is very good, there are laundry rooms, gyms, restaurants, many types of meals, coffee soy milk, tea, porridge, all, cost-effective. I don't know much about other hotels in Hotan. When I went to Kashgar, the hotel did not have a humidifier. Hotan had a humidifier. It would be much more comfortable to live in. The details were great. Moreover, they want to live here, check out also has a pick-up service, the drop-off brother is very polite, driving is very stable, the service is very good. Very satisfied with an experience.

The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, which is very good and on time. I stayed for two days, and the girl at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

The newly opened Atour has good hardware and facilities. It has the most comfortable mattresses and bedding among all the Atour hotels I have stayed at. I even bought bedding when I left the store. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and there was even freshly ground coffee for you to drink. The people who saw the freeze-dried powder along the way were moved to death, but there was only one elevator, so luckily there were not many people. The service is very good, the best service in Xinjiang all the way. The front desk and store manager who are on duty in the evening and morning are very enthusiastic and warm-hearted. They also helped me contact Atour, the city where I will stay at the next stop. I was worried that it would smell like decoration. I went into the room specifically to check in before checking in. Please feel free to go in. It is not far from the night market and opposite the Hotan Public Security Bureau. It looks safe.

Parking is convenient. It is very close to Tuancheng Pedestrian Street. The location is very good. The service is great. There is a laundry room. The room is very cozy. There is a refrigerator and free drinks. It is a good stay experience. The takeaway robot will deliver it to the door. The water flow is very strong and the bath is very comfortable.
