酒店位於西部烏鎮景區內，裏面全是各個酒店，周邊配套設施基本沒有。我們訂的時候，沒注意有沒有早飯，然後酒店是不提供早飯的，周圍也沒有提供早飯，要開車出去才能吃早飯。晚飯周圍有一個美食城，但是要晚上九點多以後才營業，我們也是開車出去才能吃到晚飯。總得來説不是很方便。酒店一般都是接待旅行團的，房間裏細節設施什麼的很多小毛病，馬桶一直在流水，牆角有蜘蛛網。我們訂了兩個房間，其中一個房間還沒有電話，聯繫前台不方便。
