首先酒店的地理位置非常好，離城市最繁華熱鬧的地方只有大概20min的時間。酒店也提供了非常好的服務，讓我在出行方面非常便捷。酒店周邊也有很多高端、具有特色的餐廳和商場，欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒。致電到賓客服務中心時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的，這次長沙之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇入住美豪酒店，酒店給我有一種家的感覺，服務很周到，工作團隊服務意識很高，衞生狀況很好，休息、學習、娛樂、餐飲一應俱全。服務人員也是形象好、氣質佳、素質高，打電話到賓客服務中心（前台），工作人員小遊非常的貼心，普通話標準，很專業，下次來雷州還會選擇美豪酒店的。

I hope that the hotel can be replaced with larger bath towels, which really affects the experience of staying. The bottled water in the room is too small. Later, I called the front desk robot to send water. I also hope to put 2 more bottles of water in the room in the future.

酒店是新開的，在居民生活區，附近吃飯方便，有個鴿利村餐廳好好吃（不是廣告）。酒店還不錯，乾淨整潔和服務態度挺好。不過有些小細節也看出酒店的專業水平不足： 1、房間的窗户可以開關但不能鎖實。 2、房內只有泡茶的小水杯，沒有飲水的大杯子或咖啡杯，要喝多一些水就很費勁，問服務員拿杯子喝水，衹提供了一次性的紙杯。答覆是酒店沒有喝水的水杯，只有紙杯，反問我紙杯不能喝水嗎？小茶杯不能喝水嗎？ 3、酒店的牙刷又大又硬很不好用，刷完牙後牙肉被磨爛。 以上這些小細節，希望酒店可以改善，讓雷州的酒店服務業能更貼心和專業，吸引更多人來雷州旅行。 作為一個住過國內外許多酒店的用家的小建議。👆🏻😊

MT的裝修風格挺不錯的，不俗氣感覺不壓抑 有的酒店有點壓抑 入住環境好服務態度也可以 就是沒有拍到實景視頻 氛圍是個人覺得不錯的

The hotel has a good location with convenient transportation. The scenic area is within walking distance. The lobby has a strong traditional atmosphere. The front desk is grand. The rooms are older. The breakfast is average in Western style and the Chinese rice rolls are delicious.
