Best Luanping Hotels

I lived in a homestay. After booking the room, add the host WeChat and contact. Introduce it to the person in the reception center of the hotel. The contact person in this reception center is a bit awkward. I will call my brother for a while, and then call my sister for a while. Then I will say how you will check in tomorrow. I said that I will check in this afternoon! Really confused! The next morning I was turning outside, and I sent me a message and checked out before 11 o'clock. As soon as I checked the order, it said that I checked out at 12 o'clock, and asked him what happened? Answer: OK. You are really good enough! I can't say that this person's service attitude is not good, can say that he is a confused, work is not concerned people!

The room and hardware facilities are pretty good, and the price is honestly very affordable during the National Day holiday. . . The worst part is the lack of service and service awareness. . . First, I booked 2 rooms, and one of them didn’t have slippers. I called and asked for them to be brought to me, and then he directly ordered me to look for them in the cupboard for a long time. Don’t you know if there are any? Secondly, there was actually water in the hot water kettle in another room, and then I called and explained that other guests did not use the hot water kettle. . . Third, I called the front desk and asked for help to deliver 2 bags of jasmine tea. The front desk said there was no jasmine tea, only green tea, and then 2 bags of jasmine tea were directly placed in another room. Do you not provide service? ? Still unwilling to provide service? ? Fourth, about an hour after leaving the hotel, the hotel front desk called and asked where I put the vertical clothes drying rack at one of the front desks. Does your hotel think I can move the clothes drying rack? ? ? I'm convinced, that's awesome The best service of your hotel was the uncle in the hotel parking lot on the night of October 1st. He was warm and thoughtful in directing the parking. . . The only service highlight

Excellent location to see the Great Wall. Walking distance to main gate and tram. No crowds, cool weather, and very friendly and helpful staff. After a long hike on the wall, returning to the cool courtyard was luxurious!

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

The hotel is in a good location and there is free parking in front of the hotel. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas, and breakfast is not included in the accommodation. Laoma Shaobing Restaurant opposite Shadian has a great breakfast of shaobing and tofu. This is the second time I have stayed at a luxury hotel. The health and facilities are not ideal and should be improved. However, there is no better hotel in the center of Luanping County.

I chose to live in an apartment because I thought it was more convenient to have services and eat. It turned out that the choice was right. Every staff member was very enthusiastic and the hotel was very clean.

You can park at the door, there are many parking spaces, very nice

In general, it is quite satisfactory and convenient, it is too cold. The heating is not enough. The service is more enthusiastic and patient. Health is also very good and clean. The environment is better. There are more shops around, and it would be better if the heating was better.

Very comfortable, the price is very affordable, but the environment is very high-end!
