設施：一等一地沒話説，套房寬敞舒適，衞浴是帕爾瑪之水，兩個台盆足夠各自洗漱。陽台建議放點休閑桌椅，不至於空盪盪的衹能站着，如果牆上再裝個小摺疊晾衣架就更方便了。 環境：優美，草坪綠得醉人，傍晚騎行一圈真的適意。秋天柚子熟了一定更好。 服務：這麼高端的設施這麼優美的環境真的不該有這麼拉胯的服務啊！首先誇誇接我們的司機吳師傅，服務貼心熱情，得知我們前晚住在景德鎮，直接開到酒店來接我們，省得我們再拖着行李去機場，非常感謝。但是餐飲、體驗活動等都多多少少有值得改進的地方，已經跟送站的朱經理聊了一路，要反饋的問題都反饋了，建議還是多做做員工培訓吧。尤其有客訴時反應不夠及時到位，這點還是有很大進步空間的。

第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯管家很負責任，會主動幫我們叫車，發消息提醒各種活動和早餐時間，態度也很親切可愛。特別喜歡中餐廳的服務員阿姨，非常熱情，提前給我們開門打招呼，炒菜也都非常好吃，蔬菜新鮮吃着就很健康。價格也合理。淡季過來，人不多非常出片，還有很多活動雖然沒去參加，但是有寶寶的來估計會很有意思，總之真的很推薦，物超所值！
