設施：我覺得設施齊全，房間的佈置是我喜歡的風格，很寬敞的洗浴間，跟床鋪相隔一扇門，乾濕分離。我定的大床房2米的大床，床很寬兩大一小睡在一起完全沒有影響。 環境：因為親戚家在老城區裏，酒店位置打車過去也就1.2公里特別方便。就是靠近馬路那邊白天會有點鳴汽笛的聲音。晚上過路的車不是很多，我覺得不影響我睡覺。 服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，事無鉅細的跟客人講解清楚，客人有困難她們都會很耐心的給予幫忙。坐在一樓大廳等家人的時候前台小姐姐都會給你端來茶水，有孩子的都會給孩子糖果和禮物，也會在工作之餘幫你看着孩子的安全。

酒店位置真的很好，不管去五嶺廣場，還是去裕後街，都非常近。樓下就是美食一條街，有郴州有名的棲楓渡魚粉，白露塘殺豬粉，味道很獨特，連續住了幾天，早餐都可以不重樣。衞生：每天都有打掃房間，物品擺放整齊，房間都有配免費的2瓶水，還有本地茶葉，房間備有晾衣架，很適合商務出差和出遊的客人入住。隔音效果也是槓槓的，關上門窗很安靜，房間也很寬敞，光線很好，陽光可以照進房間，不用出門可以享受滿滿的日光沐。前台人員也很熱情，特別親切，像鄰家的小姐姐那般，感覺很温暖。下次首選這家酒店。
