I booked the room a few minutes in advance. The front desk had already made the reservation. I had a large suitcase and the two pieces of fruit were not easy to carry. The security guard was also arranged to help me take me upstairs. The overall service was very thoughtful. The breakfast restaurant has a unique style and a wide variety of meals. I will choose it next time!

Facilities: Rugao newly opened IHG hotels, the overall facilities exceed the standard of normal Holiday Express, the room area is larger than the normal smart selection, and the quality of the bedding is also good. Good value for money! Worth brushing back!
Environment: The lobby is shared with the crown (not yet opened), the overall style follows the crown style, and the lobby has a strong New Year atmosphere!
Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when checking in and sent the hotel custom dolls. Lobby manager Sally called in advance to ask about the room needs, and sent it to the room when checking in. The service was great!
Overall, this smart choice is very cost-effective, and the hotel staff are very polite!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Rugao. After repeated comparisons on the platform, I finally chose Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. I stayed for four nights and had a very good experience! Very satisfied! The hotel lobby is tall and classy, the service staff is warm and polite, and the first impression is excellent. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room on a high floor for free. The room is large, spacious and bright. There is a double sofa and a small bar. The bathroom is super large, with a large bathtub and dry and wet separation. The bedding and bedding are extremely comfortable and help you sleep well. Happy fruit and yogurt are provided. The breakfast is very rich and distinctive. There are many traditional Rugao delicacies: oil residue/skim meat, tea dried, crackers, non-legacy Dongtang, fish soup noodles, panshui noodles, Huoxiang dumplings, cornmeal porridge, etc. The Huaiyang Fubao soft pocket in the Chinese restaurant is delicious and has a large portion. The waitress is very nice and sincerely considerate of the guests. On the first day, because there were a lot of leftovers from lunch, I wanted to take the tableware to the guest room to eat at night. The waiter met our requirements and sealed it with plastic wrap and helped to deliver it to the guest room on the 16th floor with a cart. I was really touched and touched. I give a thumbs up and thank you again! We were treated to an extended check-out time of 2pm, which was really heartwarming. The beauties at the front desk greeted us with a smile every day and took the initiative to help press the elevator. The cleaning lady worked diligently and meticulously, and responded to every request. The uncle at the door took the initiative to hold an umbrella for us and load our luggage on rainy days. The biggest satisfaction of our 5-day and 4-night stay was that the service was very good! This is the highlight and the feature. Details determine the height! I strongly recommend New Century Grand Hotel to Rugao!

The beautiful water painting garden does not need tickets; the hotel price is beautiful and it is very clean and tidy, and breakfast is included. The big bed is very comfortable. There are about 20 varieties of breakfast. The front desk is also very polite during the check-in process. It is a parking lot, but those belonging to Hanting need to enter from the adjacent community and then go down to the underground garage. There are two DC charging piles in the above-ground parking garage, which can charge four cars at the same time. I don’t know if there is a peak or valley electricity price. Anyway, it is expensive. Charging during dinner is 1 yuan and 20 cents per kilowatt hour, which is quite cheap. The layout of the rooms on each floor is not very regular. After coming out of the elevator, you have to go around and around to find the room (and then go to the elevator from the room and find that you are lost). Overall, it is highly recommended to stay.
