Vienna Hotel, unforgettable stay
Recently traveled to the Vienna hotel, the experience is superb, must be praised!
Stepping into the hotel, the gorgeous and elegant decoration style attracted me, and the details showed the quality. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast, and the hotel facilities were intimately introduced.
The rooms are warmly furnished, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The room was excellently soundproofed and quiet. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality.
The hotel's breakfast buffet is pleasant, rich in Chinese and Western cuisine, fresh ingredients and delicious.
The location is also very superior, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the travel is convenient.
Vienna Hotel is first-class in terms of service and facilities, and I will choose it next time I travel!

Stayed from April 1st to April 4th. On March 27th, I saw that Ctrip had no rooms on the 1st. Later, I called to inquire and Xiao Fan answered the phone. He called me back on the 30th and arranged it for me. Thank you Xiao Fan. The room was also arranged very well, but the setting of the large room was not taken in the photo.

GGuest UserThe price of the room is still in the past, but the service at the front desk is really hard to say. The room has been changed for 4 times. The bed room is booked. I told the front desk not to have the first room. The first time I opened the elevator room (there are many rooms). I don’t know if it’s noisy. I think it’s intentional. The second time I gave me a twin room, I booked a big bed; the third time I changed it directly to the tail room. The first three times I ran and went down to change the room card. The fourth time I asked a staff member to send the room card, it was considered to get the right room. This is the service attitude of the front desk clerk; In addition, the hotel checked out at 2 pm. When I came back after lunch at noon, I swiped my card again and told the front desk that I would not continue to live today. I would come down to check out before 2 o'clock. I called to ask more than one point. I don't know what operation this is, deliberately? I paid a deposit of 100 there, and it was only 100 to open a room. I was afraid that I would not check out on time? In case I don't refund my money according to the regulations, let alone I said it in advance. Here ~ for the front desk staff, other staff are not bad, very polite, the front desk hopes to train again, do not make customers feel dissatisfied because of the front desk.
