訂房的時候使用積分兑換了水果，晚上10點才到酒店，結果並沒有準備水果。寫的退房時間14點，但13點房卡已經無法使用，這是系統bug？ 早餐説的9:30結束，9點不到就去了，結果説咖啡已經沒有了，難道這酒店一天限量10顆咖啡豆？牛奶也沒有了，我問服務員是否會添加，説要，但是直到我們離開都沒有添加。 早餐廳不大，和茶館連着並且有交叉區域，很多客人在選餐區域找不到位置，就坐在了茶館的卡座。來了個服務員，陰陽怪氣問“你們是哪家的客人，為什麼坐在這裏吃？”（確實也沒有在茶館的位置看到禁止在此吃早餐的標識），搞的我們一臉懵逼。 有一説一，房間裏面還是比較乾淨，床品也很舒服，這一部分是滿意的。

到三台找朋友耍定了這個酒店，首先就是前台的工作人員讓我非常滿意，態度很好，介紹了好多三台的好吃的，贊！住酒店我習慣進了房間要檢查一下衞生和床品，很乾凈！床品也舒服， 環境：沒得説，停車場還是地下的，好大哦！！可以直接從地下停車場到達酒店，這個安逸！滿意滿意！
