首先，民宿所處的環境非常不錯，橄欖園位置優越，毗鄰江邊，風景極佳。另外民宿整體比較幽靜，房間內外都比較簡約大方，入住辦理比較方便服務態度也不錯，性價比總的來説還不錯，適合度假享受慢生活。 但是，瑕疵還是有的，淡季過來前台下班太早，晚上入住搞的就很隨意，不太給力。其次房間衞生打掃的不夠乾淨徹底，床頭櫃上有灰塵，儲物櫃裏還有上一任住户留下的空水瓶和空食品包裝袋，最讓人無語的是房間裏的免費水居然是過期的，而且還有12個月和18個月兩種不同的保質期版本的怡寶，就很離譜……
