The twin room booked on Ctrip was upgraded to a family suite for free when checking in. There are two beds, one large and one small, which is very comfortable to sleep with a baby. The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Suzhou Pingjiang Road and Xishan Dongshan Scenic Area. It is very nice to drive or ride along Huantaihu Avenue. The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

A very pleasant stay especially the smooth front desk check-in which is warm and friendly from its staff with a special mention to the guest relation manager who provided personalised service. The room is spacious with almost all what you need except an espresso machine which I was expecting in a W hotel but not there. Loved the roof top pool and gym.
