Cars can be parked on the second floor below the villa. There is a door directly next to the car to enter the villa, so it is recommended to drive. There are parking spaces for two cars.
There are a total of three rooms with 4 beds. If we have a good relationship, it feels like it can accommodate 8 people.
On the first floor below is the swimming pool, KTV and kitchen. There are not many songs in the ktv, and the microphone consumes a lot of power. I kept asking people to send it to Dianchi Lake. The projection screen is relatively small and can only be seen clearly when the lights are turned off.
It takes about 40-45 minutes to fill the pool with water.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as knives, cups, and pots. You need to bring your own seasonings.
There is a small courtyard on the first floor, and the ambient lights will light up by themselves at night. The lounge chairs on the first floor are very comfortable, and the mattresses on the second and third floors are also very good to sleep on. The elevator is a bit ”weird” and will automatically stop back to the first floor, and then occasionally Suddenly the elevator door opened...scared us twice. Dog friendly! Will recommend to friends to stay~

This hotel is beautifully situated in a leafy tropical garden only a stones throw from the beach. The facilities are excellent including a spacious warm indoor pool, a beautiful lounge area, excellent dining facilities and a spacious and well equipped bedroom. The staff were very gorgeous and kind . The breakfast menu was varied and I choose the Western style which was very Dekigtfil. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's tranquil environment .

I don't come to Xiamen often. I used to stay in B&Bs. This is my first time staying in this hotel. By comparison, I feel that the hotel has better sound insulation than the B&B. It is also clean and hygienic. I didn't see any cockroaches.

The air condition of the hotel is terrible. Was sweating through the night. The service staff bought a fan and turn the main power up but does not help much.
Location wise is just along a lake/river. Good for weekend morning and evening stroll.

The smile and service attitude of the front desk staff make people feel very comfortable. The room is quite large, quiet and comfortable. The parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. This place used to be an industrial area and I thought it would be relatively remote, but I didn't expect it to be so lively nearby. You don't have to walk far to eat and play.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is very close to the beach, snack street and Sunlight Rock. It can be reached in about 10 minutes. It is very convenient. The hotel is fully equipped, the room type is very good, and the surrounding environment is perfect. This wasn’t my first choice but I’m glad I chose it. A beautiful, quaint little bohemian style hotel that is perfect if you just want a quiet, peaceful environment. Not easy to get up to it if you’re walking from the street you have to go uphill best to take a car ride up, walking down is easier. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am in Xiamen.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. GGuest UserFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

MMiaw GWe booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university.
They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere.
The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though.
I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs)
The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

The Jimei School Village

In the afternoon, I went to the sea bicycle 🚲 to watch the sunset 🌄 very romantic 💕 In the evening, many people were singing on the beach opposite Jimei Railway Station. The scenery was very good.
South Putuo Temple
