第二次來下巖貝啦，真的是很有趣的小山村。 山中來信的環境很好，就在停車場旁邊，房間陽台正對無邊泳池和十九峯，沿着茶山小路到村裡走走逛逛非常愜意。 管家從入住前就主動聯繫，提供遊玩攻略，確認到店時間，還主動幫忙到停車場拿行李；早餐也比較豐富，有特色榨麪，退房時還贈送了新昌特產伴手禮，很喜歡。 特別值得一提的是樓下的落日咖啡，店員都特別熱情，入住客人免費送一杯咖啡，令人驚喜，搪瓷缸子拿鐵拍照特別好看。

The public areas and rooms are clean, and the room facilities show the owner's care. The whole house is heated, electric curtains, smart toilets, and vinyl record players. There are rooms where you can bring dogs. The rooms are equipped with dog supplies and snacks. The homestay ladies are super super friendly to puppies, and there is also a cute Xiaomi housekeeper who is open every day, which shows their care~ The food in the homestay is also delicious. It is about a 10-minute drive from the popular Xiayanbei Village. In short, all aspects are 💯, I hope to have a chance to go again~

從上海出發到下巖貝基本三個半小時，停車場旁邊就是民宿其實還蠻近的。 其實超愛這家民宿的風格，極簡，舒服😌。坐在房間裏就可以看到山中的景色，心曠神怡的感覺。來之前看了小紅書上各種評價，帶父母還有點擔心。來了覺得不枉此行。我訂了2種類型的房型。喜歡帶陽台的，走出去看風景一覽無餘，早晨會被鳥兒叫聲喚醒，走出去一片雲海繚繞～心情舒暢，來這裏起碼準備3天時候，不然會有點趕。 設施還是不錯的，晚上可以投影放下來看電影，衞生間有衞洗麗，乾濕分離。洗漱台很長很大，放東西的空間還是很不錯的。但是台階很多，建議可以稍微貼下標識，長者家比較不方便，我晚上沒看清也差點摔了。 前台在咖啡店裡，辦理入住，遊客區域和住宿分開，有門徑。管家式的服務，提前都會溝通的，就是別有大減行李，都是台階拿起來不太方便。 如果訂另一種房型會好點，早餐在上層區域，也有門徑，要往地下室走，裏面還有會議廳。早餐一人一份，量還是可以的吃飽的，顏值也不錯。 網紅打卡地，落日咖啡這個點看日落也是很美的。總體這裏也真不錯，要去村裡吃農家菜，可以坐遊覽車，但這裏的農家菜真心一般，拉低了這裏的水平線。 這家店服務還是很不錯，我們家小朋友要上課，時間很尷尬，店家還是借了會議室給我們上課，還是蠻人性化的。 這裏還有室外的游泳池，夏天還可以游泳，拍照出片的好地方，背後就是十九峯。

And the price of the homestay is honest and the price is very high. There are a few things worth improving. One is that there are a lot of small bugs in the room, especially the bathroom. The wife found several cockroaches at night, and she was scared to have a shadow. In addition, the area of the room is still relatively small, so small that there is no hanger, so the place to hang clothes, I really didn't find it, and finally the sputum can be hung on the door handle. This strongly recommends that the boss install a simple hanger. The location of the homestay is very good, it is very convenient to the 19-minute mountains and seas and hiking trails.
