服務極差！強烈建議酒店服務和應急處理能力要培訓提升下，最差的一家！！其實事情很簡單，就是酒店自身的問題，下午答應了很多波電話預訂客户，結果沒給人家留房間，起碼三四波客户在那等着讓酒店拿説法，酒店的處理方式就是：我們網上預訂好的客户，查到了我的訂單也不給我們房間，晾着顧客基本上一個小時，大堂經理在場就衹讓等等，意思是和那幾波一起處理，然後酒店前台幾個人不讓辦入住，大晚上的等了50分鐘！更奇葩的是，明明我們預訂好了也收到酒店的回執，到場居然告訴我們説沒房了，可能是想讓我們退房來解決那幾波客户，簡直火大！！酒店自身管理問題，深刻體現管理層的能力之差！！ 再説些中肯的，設施那些還不錯，停車位也挺多；還有個問題就是，預訂的是帶早餐的房間，結果第二天早上去吃飯的時候告訴我們小孩子（3歲）也要加10元吃早餐，這是在其他酒店沒有遇到過的！

假期自駕旅遊宣威第二站，一直想過來溜達看看，趁着假期就下來了。看到了雲連鎖的酒店，以前去大理那邊的時候住過，那邊挺多的，看到這邊也有就預訂了兩間，我4個人下來玩。導航很容易就能找到，位置方面也比較好找，到了酒店，前台服務還是挺好的，回到我們過來玩還給我們免費升級了房型，住了他們家的簡質雙床房。總體來説還是不錯的。有一個停車場，停車比較方便。服務方面感覺還不錯。房間方面，個人感覺還可以，乾淨寬敞，雖然房間窗户朝向馬路，但晚上也不會很吵。
