設施：智能化程度很高，可以語音控制、一鍵切換燈光等。美中不足的是房間無窗（預訂時已看到標註説明），用了一張壁畫作為替代。但房間通風沒有問題，且我們是夜間到達早上又出發，無窗影響不大。衞生間是乾濕全分離，廁所和淋浴也用磨砂玻璃分開。不過我這間房防水膠條似乎開了，洗澡時會有水流到廁所間裏，好在並不算多。
服務：由於打掃疏忽，放牙具梳子等用品的小抽屜裏是空的，且家庭房默認衹給兩套毛巾浴巾。給前台説明情況後，服務人員確認是忘記放用品後給補充了。

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

I highly recommend this hotel! The design is perfect💯, the service is perfect💯, the little rabbit at the door is very eye-catching, so fun. The hotel can also cook tea around the fire by the river, and there are all kinds of food available, without time limit, you can eat and take pictures, full of atmosphere, boasting out of the picture, those who like to take pictures must not miss it! !
I highly recommend the driving brother and sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here. The two of them provide one-stop service from head to toe, and they worry more than my mother, just afraid that I will not have a good time in Changbai Mountain. The two of them took care of the entire Changbai Mountain itinerary, and it was very fun. I will renew the appointment with Changbai Mountain in the next season next year!

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!!
We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift!
It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room.
The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing.
The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The description was long, so I called in advance to inquire about the room smell. They said there was no smell, but the room was on the first floor. It was fine after it was just cleaned. In winter, after turning on the heater for one night, the sewer smelled bad the next morning. It said that I could check in after 14:00, but I arrived at 14:30. The room had not been cleaned yet and the smell of cigarettes was quite strong. The drainage in the bathroom was not done well and did not flow to the floor drain. I had no place to step after taking a shower.

There is Zhengtan Fried Chicken downstairs of the hotel, and there is a food street behind it, with various barbecues, iron pot stews, barbecues, small supermarkets, Korean food... There are also many takeout options, Luckin, Yikou Changbai, KFC... The hotel has robots going upstairs, so you don’t have to worry about food and drink👍🏻
The hotel provides unlimited mineral water and a humidifier in the room. One can of Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator is free to drink, and the cleaning lady will replenish it every day~ There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor of the hotel. You can scan the QR code on your phone to set reminders, so you don’t have to watch it all the time.
The breakfast is quite rich, with several kinds of pasta to choose from, bread, toast, cake, eggs, red sausage, cooked dishes, salads, cold dishes, coffee, milk, juice... It ends at 10 o'clock🔚
The room area is also relatively large. We can easily spread out a 28-inch large suitcase and a cabin suitcase without affecting walking in the room. There are USB and Type C ports in front of the desk and bedside, which is very convenient for charging~
The biggest drawback of the hotel is that there are four steps at the entrance of the hotel, and there is ice and snow on them, but no staff took the initiative to help move the luggage. This is the only thing I think needs improvement~

It is recommended to take a taxi at the west gate of Yanji West Market. Go forward to the small alley next to it and turn in for 50 meters. Yanji is not a big place, so taking a taxi to the Internet Celebrity Wall is only within two kilometers.
2. Room: The room is not very big. The wash basin is not in the bathroom, but is together with the room. However, as a special forces soldier, it is not a big problem. The toilet is an automatic toilet and the heating is quite comfortable.
3. Service: The front desk greets everyone when entering and leaving, which is very good. The entire building is Nihao Hotel, and the management is relatively strict. Takeaways can only be delivered by robots, and the safety index is high. The high-speed train leaving is after two o'clock. The housekeeper contacted me very early to confirm the check-in, arranged a car to pick up and drop off at the station that day, and helped contact the tour group. The room was exactly as it was in the picture, clean and hygienic, and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked it very much. The bed is great, but the sleep is sound. There are small bars, cafes and observation decks around the B&B (the schisandra tea in the cafe is delicious), there are children's play facilities, and there is a former air-raid shelter next to it. The B&B is off-grid with red wall folk customs. The park is close, and there are cats and dogs. All in all, it’s very good~strongly beneficial~

GGuest UserThe standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.
