The breakfast is plentiful and changes every day, especially the South American specialties. There are many kinds of fruits, and the sweet taste of milk is my favorite. The rooms are generally clean, with few TV channels, and they are basically in Spanish.

Facilities: brand new,
Hygienic: spotless,
Environment: Next to it is a commercial plaza, restaurants have shopping, local dishes and Japanese meals, no Chinese food and local snacks.
Service: Hotel service is excellent, processing speed is very fast

It is a truly special place. But it is not a 5 star as claimed, its just a 4 star and just for minor things that cheapen the experience. One thing that irked me is that they have a coffee machine in the room but one has to go downstairs and buy pods for $1.50 each. This is cheap, small TV, channel guide is not accurate or changed. Having a price list for said breakfast items as simple as oatmeal is also ludicrous and takes away from what should be exceptional for 5 stars
the ambiance is wonderful as you feel as if you are staying in an art museum. Will stay again but do not expect a 5 star hotel. exceptional for
