My family stayed at the Hotel Kramer during June of this year. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Our room had air conditioning which is not always the norm in Europe. The breakfast provided was very good and had a lot of choices. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Arrived on 09.10 2019 hours 20.00 in hotel ended by the fatigue, tired and hungry journey I only saw the bed, after the first baptism I can't get up and I have to pay first despite my explanation (I reserved theatre view room, thryer and fridge, 15 days ago for 11 days), as we were not solely me and the receptionist who raised voice that I have to pay immediately, probably she was shameful and answered that exceptionally I can pay tomorrow but I at this point I wanted to pay immediately, and I took a while to work with PC and Visa Card, but at the end I managed to get up to room 709, missed a refrigerator, patience but for the sum of 12 800 CZ CZ for 11 notes and most of all that hotel that looks 4 stars. Next Friday I invited a friend to see the room, perhaps without her I wouldn't notice opening the big beast window on the parapet and muffles before the length of the old window a few months, moreover I discovered a broken tent The co-worker and the upstairs saw and photographed everything (as I) and finally, she apologised that there was no one at the moment and the director will be there. It was only on Monday, and I will have the discount; she gave me a phone call from the director, saying that she would call her; I did not, because I respected everyone's rest day, but with my surprise on Monday, the lady was not kind to understand the opposite, but it was not. I asked to leave if I don't like the place. I would have done it nicely but I was sick and I didn't want to move. These are the facts of my stay at Opava at Hotel Koruna. I must add that I'm of my mother-language Czech, that hotel I know well and I would never be and never be such a disgusting and unprofessional attitude.
