Search Your Vyskov Hotels

Every time I come back here, I prefer to stay at this hotel. But this time I was really disappointed. But let me elaborate. Upon arrival, I was instructed to go to another hotel in the locality, located at a considerable distance, especially if you do not have a means of transport at your disposal, to check-in and to receive the access card to the room. I didn't understand why because the reception was available at both hotels.During registration, I noticed that the accommodation rate is different from the one displayed on the website. Moreover, the information is even misleading: on the English site there is one rate, on the Czech one another. In the room there was a very intense smell of sewage, which persisted. The TV was completely non-functional.As a general finding, the hotel really needs improvements

The first impressions were not very positive: we had to wait 20 minutes for check-in and were allocated a room on the street side. Overall, the final experience was good. We were offered to move to garden side half way through our stay, to a more expensive room, and refused the offer. The street side turned to be no problem on second floor (and the noise might be a greater issue on first floor). Beds are good, so we had a very good sleep. Room was clean, though we did not notice any cleaning on a daily basis. In the morning, a light odeur from the kitchen came, probably through the ventilation. Breakfast buffet with good choice, including fruit, cereals and nuts.
