Best Bernau bei Berlin Hotels

I have no reason to make it! The staff was friendly and competent, the room was clean, the beds were good, the bathroom was super and above all the shower was beautifully large! Also breakfast was excellent! Great selection, everything delicious, everything widely available...

War nur für eine kurze Übernachtung im Bernauer Stadthotel, nördlich von Berlin. Hatte nicht viel erwartet und wurde um so positiver überrascht. Das Haus wirkt auf den ersten und auch zweiten Blick sehr großräumig und hell. Das Personal ist dem Gast zugewandt und erklärt freundlich die Dinge vor Ort. Parkplatz war direkt am Haus, zur Not gibt es wohl noch eine Ausweichmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Frühstück für den Preis völlig o.k. Insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend.

There are enough parking places directly at the hotel The rooms are clean and medium size. A note to the room choice. There are rooms on the sea side, located directly above the terrace, where the tables are arranged for groups in summer and where one of the larger festive rooms is located. So who doesn't have anything against rising cigarette smoke and/or out of party is right here. Who doesn't like this should choose for a room on the forest side or ask for a sea view room that is more close to parking. Conclude: Great hotel, great location, great staff - we're coming back.

An sich ist das Waldhotel schön, super gelegen, ist easy mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen und hat super freundliches Personal! Leider entsprechen so einige Dinge den “4 Sternen” überhaupt nicht… Bei Betreten des Zimmers hat es extrem nach Toilette/Zitrusreiniger gerochen (dieser wurde nicht runtergespült) und das Bettlaken war voll mit kurzen dunklen Haaren. Der Fußboden war dreckig und verstaubt, wie so manch andere Ecken (Heizung, Badezimmerspiegel leider eine totale Katastrophe, verstaubt und mit Fingerabdrücken, die Fernbedienung hat lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen, …). In Zeiten von Corona ist das erst Recht nicht in Ordnung. Die Dusche ist leider auch nicht sauber gewesen, die Fugen waren schimmelig und der Duschkopf verkalkt. Ich bin auch kein großer Fan von durch parfümierten Duschgels, Shampoos, Handseifen und Bodylotions aber diese kann man wenigstens mit eigenen Kosmetikartikeln ersetzen. Wir haben uns sehr auf das positiv beschriebene Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet gefreut, sind aber leider sehr enttäuscht davon gewesen. Als Vegetarier/ Veganer hat man hier sehr schlechte Karten. Beim Frühstücksbuffet bleibt einem das Rührei, verschiedene Brötchen oder Croissant mit Marmelade oder den typischen Aufstrichen wie Honig, Nutella, Pflaumenmus und Margarine (blöderweise immer noch alles eingepackt in Plastikverpackung, wobei wir z.B. mehrere Imkereien in Wandlitz entdeckt haben), Scheibenkäse oder aber Müsli wobei man bei Laktose Intoleranz wieder ein Problem hat. Es gibt Obstsalat und verschiedene Joghurt/Quarkspeisen. Ansonsten hauptsächlich Wurst (warm & kalt). Als/ für Veganer seh ich hier schwarz. Die Säfte waren warm, davon abgesehen waren die Teesorten sehr nett ausgewählt. Das Obst war nicht besonders ansprechend (übergroße Früchte, kleine Auswahl an regionalem) und wofür ich eine vegane Pommes Sauce benutzen sollte, war mir bei der Auswahl schleierhaft. Wir waren am Osterwochenende da, wobei mir die Osterstimmung sehr gefehlt hat. Meiner Meinung nach kann man über bestimmte Dinge, wie Einrichtungsgegenstände (günstigste Polyester Decke von Ikea oder komplett schief hängende lampenschirme) hinwegsehen, die Sauberkeit und das Essen sollten aber stimmen und die tun es hier nicht. Daher haben wir die Sauen im Keller nicht benutzt und sind auf ein Restaurant in Wandlitz umgestiegen. Das Personal ist trotz alledem wirklich unheimlich nett und ich hätte gerne eine bessere Bewertung geschrieben.

I paid for a night without breakfast below €50. You can do that perfectly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small, as well as the bathroom, but only to sleep and shower absolutely OK ... for which the room was directly to the main street I received very little of it. At breakfast I can't say much I just saw it and there seemed it fresh and abundant. Little Manko the parking place is reached through another street. Then I just parked in one of the many quiet side streets. A lot of woods and a few woods.

Buona sera. premesso che non ho alloggiato nell'Hotel, ma ho avuto una brutta esperienza, viaggiavo in auto con la mia famiglia, ho prenotato tramite booking, ed essendo in ritardo per traffico, ho chiamato la struttura assicurandomi che mi potevano accogliere, ( la persona alla reception non parlava bene inglese) ma mi ha assicurato che erano aperti. arrivato ho trovato tutto chiuso, essendo sprovvisto di internet ho provato a chiamare ma niente, ho dovuto nel pieno della notte trovare un'altro hotel. il giorno successivo ho contattato chiarendo il tutto mi hanno detto che le chiavi erano in un box adiacente, per me non facile da individuare, ad ogni modo mi avevano detto che non mi caricavano il costo. invece differentemente dopo 15 giorni mi sono ritrovato caricato l'interno prezzo dell'alloggio. a mio parere non professionali e poco sinceri. Posso capire da manager una penale ma intero importo mi sembra assurdo.
