GGuest UserThis is a really good hotel, that needs a few little issues ironing out.
The positives are: 1) the location - a stone's throw from Brandenburg Airport 2) The design of the hotel - clean and contemporary with lovely fittings & fixtures (I especially loved the super-comfortable ”cloud bed” and the ceramics and glassware) 3) Breakfast is exceptional with so many choices - this is also the first time I have seen Chinese breakfast tastes catered for.
The negatives are: 1) Check-in is a bunfight. People had left luggage all over the place and the receptionists kept being taken off by other guests instead of dealing with the queues of people waiting to check in. The self-check-in terminals were not clearly signposted enough and located in a throughfare so one became a nuisance when using them - they need their own, prominent position. In addition, had I known, I would have registered as a hotel group member so as to reduce the check-in process. This needs streamlining. 2) We were allocated a room with an extra bed made up which made it a little awkward to move around - however the rooms were spacious enough. 3) Only one type of each hot drink is available in the room - meaning 2 people can't both have tea or caffeinated coffee.

KKavitThe hotel very close to airport, easy to check-in / out. There is no sign from airport if can have would be perfect. The room very clean and good smell. All facility is ok. I will return back on Dec 2024. See you.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and clean! I liked it much, located very near to BER airport. The breakfast is merged in the lobby, not so easy to find a seat in the busy time. But the breakfast choices are ok.
It’s to far to walk to the airport, but you may either use the public bus in front of the hotel, which is cheap and convenient or scan a code at the hotel registration and book for the hotel bus. Unfortunately, the public bus goes only once every hour.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the size was very suitable. There were many types of breakfast downstairs, and the breakfast time was very long, lasting until 11 o'clock, which was also suitable for people who were not very catching the plane.

PP travellerThe location is near airport terminal 5, and has a railway station is 5 mins walk. We understand that this is a budget hotel, but we have stayed in better hotels with similar locations and prices. The pillow was very flat. The duvet cover had some holes. Bed sides were chipped. Overall, the hotel needs maintenance. The room and bathroom were clean.

GGreice CroceThey are really good stats in this hotel, person and lending even with those who do not know English breakfast with a wide choice the only flaw is that the structure remains very far from the center of Berlin, near it there are restaurants and supermarkets.

AAnne-KatrinAll building works at this new hotel have now been completed. Rooms are nice & modern. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with many local & branded products. Tip: Ask for a quiet room on upper floors overlooking the greenery. The hotel is regularly served by several bus lines directly from the airport (only 2 stops). The distance is not walkable. Would definitely recommend!
