We have taken a step in this hotel near the West Leipzig Highway Exit, which is in the middle of an industrial area but we have not had any difficulties with the navigator. We are guests for the second time after the Coronapause in our favorite hotel in Leipzig. The rooms are super equipped with, among other things, a water cooker and a small tea selection. The beds are cozy and the bathroom has a good size. Check-in is possible until late in the evening and parking is free. Breakfast has everything the heart wants. Some choose the backbroods, which I don't share. However, there is a choice and the breads are fresh baked. In my eyes, it is done as needed, which leads to no food must be discarded. You usually don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Arrived in the afternoon and immediately encountered a rowdy, drunken group of young men who had already drunk themselves that afternoon. The noise level in the hotel corresponded to this. The reception at reception was initially matter-of-fact and cool. Then a nice, friendly member of staff came and gave me my room card. A few days previously, I had booked a superior single room for €82 without breakfast directly through the hotel website. Had I booked in advance with *********, I would only have paid €58 for the same room! That was my mistake. I spoke to the member of staff in charge (dark blue suit) about it...but she simply didn't care. She just wasn't interested. Hotel guests are probably only tolerated here! The room: very simple and matter-of-factly cool. A bed equipped with a thin summer blanket in NOVEMBER, plus a pad - probably made of PLASTIC - under the fitted sheet. That means: I was so cold that night that I had to sleep in my jogging suit. I caught a cold from that, which I'm still recovering from after 3 days! Conclusion: I will never book the GLOBANA Airport HOTEL in SCHKEUDITZ again, even though I often travel through. I'd rather stay at the NH Hotel in Leipzig city center. That's where I'll be staying next in 3 weeks. The staff there are also extremely friendly and take guests seriously.

The location is not really nice now, But! Everything is compensated by friendliness and service. However, there is no problem driving everywhere with the car. At the moment there are enough free parking facilities in the circle.

In the context of a concert visit we have been allowed to stay here one night. Check Inn was running uncomplicated and quickly. The room was clean and ordened, well maintained. Beds were comfortable and in the bathroom no trace of the predecessor. The volume of the hall was only easy to hear. Breakfast was very good for the price, greatly arranged, rich and the service very prevalent. All in all a good option. The hotel itself and the rooms have come into the year something do not break down the night. With regard to the loading stations in the parking house, it should be said that it has not worked login via the app. The app did not recognize the QR codes. However, the loading columns have recognized a RFID reader so the common cards. If you have luck and no burner parked there, you could also load your car overnight. We used the hotel for a night without breakfast because of a flight the next day. Fore-night trip is usually associated with less stress. The staff was friendly. Entry and check-in can be made here around the hour. The parking house is just in front. Only a few meters of footmask with baggage is hardly a problem. The airport is almost a contract with the parking house. So in a few minutes walk to reach. Our double room and bath were clean. However, rather narrow and small. But for a night for our purposes and price performance ( about 60 Euro) really OK. The mattress is already remarkably soft, I think. The room has WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Despite the neighbouring air traffic, noise from the air is heard at least nothing from closed windows. We were here for the second time in 2 years and would be booked again at any time because of our positive experience and can recommend it for the purpose of quiet conscience.

Eine Freundlichkeit vermissten wir bereits beim CheckIn, der eher in muffigem Ton stattfand. Auf den ersten Blick schien das Hotel gepflegt, auf den zweiten, ernsthaften jedoch abgenutzt und an der Zeit für eine gründliche Renovierung, die bisher scheinbar nur ”smart” und mit Pinsel und neuen Accessoires erfolgte. Die betten waren bequem, das Bad sauber. Die Bestuhlung des Zimmers stammte scheinbar aus dem Restaurant und war total durchgesessen und die Polsterung rissig. Die Zimmer des historischen Gebäuden besitze keine Klimaanlage, aber unseres einen leistungsstarken Ventilator. Wir waren auf einer Hochzeitsfeier im Stadteil Schleußig, die von der Polizei 23:00h um Ruhe gebeten wurde. In L-Altlindenau herrschte weder Gesetz noch Ordnung - die ganze Nacht hindurch aber die Antifa in den (besetzten?) Gebäuden gegenüber dem Hotel. Die heissesten Nacht des Monats, auch hier, im wahrsten Sinne flogen auch Flaschen, sie war unerträglich laut und blieb weitestgehend schlaflos. Fotos von 01:50h - von Polizei keine Spur! Das FRÜHSTÜCK für €12,- war nicht mehr Wert. Ein äusserst lieblos zusammengestelltes Buffet mit geringer Auswahl und viel zu stark gebrühtem Kaffee aus Pumpkannen sprach ”Geht und kommt nie wieder!” Das ist angekommen!
