Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Wellness und Erholung. Sauna Erlebnis und Badelandschaft sehr gut. Die Peeling‘s und Getränke runden das ganze Erlebnis ab . Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr Vielfältig. Die S-Bahn stellt keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich erholen möchte und ein erholsames Wellness Erlebnis sucht ist es hier perfekt. Qualitativ gut und sauber.

Great night's sleep in a room facing the main road followed by a hearty breakfast in the hotel restaurant staffed by very helpful employees. The bistro next door is superb (try the steak). The staff at the hotel went above and beyond when I told them I'd left my sunnies in the room. They duly packed them up and sent them onto me, which was outstanding. Ettlingen is also a perfectly charming town in its own right. Would definitely stay again.

(03.07.3023 18:00 Arrival) Your professionalism, friendliness and devotion have made my stay an exceptional experience. From the beginning, I fell up with their warm greeting and positive broadcast. She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Your service was always characterized by a personal note that made my stay even more pleasant. In general, I would like to praise the hotel receptionist for her extraordinary performance and her excellent skills. She is a valuable staff member who enrichs the Hotel Angel by her professionalism, hospitality and awareness. I can recommend them warmly and look forward to my next stay in this hotel, where I can be sure I will meet again at a so qualified and warm reception.

Located between Karlsruhe and Ettlingen, the hotel is not easily accessible by public transport and is suitable for renting a car. Next to the expressway, there is a little noise, but the sound insulation of the hotel is good. A wide variety of breakfasts, worthy of praise👍

Sometimes I ask myself: why happens this to me? I am booking an Ibis Styles hotel but getting the comfort of a five star one? What is wrong with these booking categories? Let me be clear and precise. Despite of the fact that the design will not win an award (carpet, interior in the rooms, the colors), this hotel convinced me in terms of cozy beds, cleanness, silence, sound-insulation and breakfast. As said: design – well – there are always two guilty guys: the one who designed and the other one who bought it. Nevertheless, I want to sleep and have a good breakfast and both was fulfilled on a high standard. Beds were cozy and comfortable, the room spacious, the bathroom separated between toilet and shower (which is not a bad choice). A well working rain shower system was just another example for even more luxury hotels which do not cover that. The breakfast in the morning: marvelous! The staff to be mentioned first: friendly, helpful and very attentive to keep the breakfast area and buffet clean. A well working coffee machine and on top: a self-brewing coffee service was also available – fancy. The quality and quantity of the buffet compared to its price: outstanding. I ate worse for more money at higher qualified hotels! It is ridiculous! This hotel deserves an excellent review and my personal marketing. Well done! We strongly recommend this place for sure!

Hotel della catena B&B Hotels che ben conosciamo grazie alle esperienze positive avute in Francia, Italia e Germania, comodamente situato a breve distanza dall’ingresso sud della stazione centrale di Karlsruhe. Prenotato tramite il sito internet di B&B al costo di 78€ per una notte, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che si è trattato di un ottimo soggiorno. Probabilmente il prezzo è stato un po’ oltre alla media ma, la presenza dell’ampio parcheggio gratuito in garage, collegato direttamente alla struttura tramite ascensore, è stato perfetto e ci ha permesso di girare la città anche il mattino successivo, solo questo vale un voto massimo. La camera è la classica di questo tipo di albergo (qui era presente anche un terzo letto) con bagno (dotato anche di phon) Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e, dietro al letto, una riproduzione della particolare mappa cittadina a ventaglio. Come in tutti gli alberghi della catena però, la mancanza un piccolo frigorifero è la cosa che più si fa sentire e, almeno per mio modo di vedere la stanza, aggiungerlo cambierebbe molto. In ogni caso, il gentile personale dell’albergo si è mostrato disponibile a mettere in fresco dei ghiaccioli, utili per trasportare qualcosa nella nostra borsa frigo. Grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione, basta percorrere il lungo passaggio che dall’ingresso sud porta all’ingresso principale per trovare diversi tram comodissimi per il centro città oltre a treni diretti nelle vicinanze o anche oltre e, ancora più in periodo di 9-Euro Ticket, questo è stato veramente perfetto. Un ottimo albergo, comodo, silenzioso, ben gestito, sicuramente sarebbe la prima scelta per un nuovo soggiorno a Karlsruhe.

Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are a pleasant size. Unfortunately, breakfast on the holidays wasn't as good as on the other days. The cold meat and cheese display was too cold and wasn't refilled. There was no staff to be seen to reorder. On the other days it was great. Good choice. Gladly again!

Ich war im Juni auf Geschäftsreise im Hotel Löwe am Tiergarten und habe die Hotelwahl so bereut, weil ich einfach mal zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen habe. Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig laut. Auf der einen Seite ging es zum Bahnhofsvorplatz mit all seinem Lärm, der dazu gehört. Auf der anderen Seite ging es über den hauseigenen Biergarten, in dem Bus ein Uhr nachts wirklich laut geredet wurde zusätzlich der lauten Musik zuerst aus dem Biergarten später aus der Kneipe. Es war wirklich unglaublich, dass auf die Bedürfnisse der Übernachtungsgäste keine Rücksicht genommen wird. Dazu sehr teuer zu Messezeiten, willkürliche Preisbildung, wenn man sich umgehört hat, was die Kollegen so bezahlt haben. Ein altes ranzig riechendes Zimmer, ein Bad , in dem Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert. Es war ein großes Ärgernis und ich werde zukünftig einen sehr großen Bogen um dieses Haus machen.

This is the closest hotel to the Karoo Railway Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station and there are trams and bus stops at the door, so the traffic is extremely convenient. The facilities in the room are quite ordinary, but the layout is reasonable and very clean. There is breakfast available downstairs from the hotel, starting from 6.30am, the price is 12 euros. The price/performance ratio of breakfast is still very high, it is recommended.

Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.
