The room was clean and tidy. I liked his hand sanitizer and moisturizer the most. The taste was the best I had ever used! But the room did not have a phone and did not provide slippers. I had to go to the front desk to say anything. Breakfast is not bad

Stayed for the second time, the last time was still 6 years ago
Location is about 20 minutes drive from the city center, next to the hotel is a student apartment, there is a kitchenette and kitchenware, you can simply cook
Walking distance to Aldi and APZ supermarkets, and a Chinese restaurant
The room has a balcony, the only downside is that it is on the road, a bit noisy
There is also a paid laundry room, laundry 3 euros, dry clothes 2.5 euros

Since there is no elevator, it is not recommended for wheelchairs or large luggage. But it is recommended for others.
The toilet was shared, but it was cleaned properly and there was no discomfort. Of course the room is clean.
There are both shared showers and indoor showers. There is no shampoo in the room. Please note that the indoor shower will not be drained unless you press the button at the bottom of the entrance.
It takes 30 to 40 minutes to the center and 1 hours to the airport, but it is easy because you can go without transfer at S-Bahn. However, since the railway is suspended in Germany, it may be better to check if there is a schedule for suspension before booking (although it may still be suspended in a hurry).

The facilities in the hotel room are OK, but the sound of others opening the door in the corridor is quite clear. This place is quite far from the light rail station, and it is not convenient if you have heavy luggage.

Hotel is quite new and clean.
Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area.

Meine Mutter (87) war sehr überrascht über das Zimmer und seine Lage, da Sie früher immer in Privatpensionen unterwegs war. Ebenso die freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksraum hat Sie überzeugt. Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und reibungslos über die Bühne. Das Hotel hat zwar nur einen Frühstücks-Raum, aber außerhalb gibt es ein schönes Garten Restaurant mit deftigen Gerichten.

It's new and clean, but the interior is really pretty
Not near Munich Central Station, but transportation is not bad because it is within walking distance from Munich-Pasing station
The staff were friendly and I would like to stay at this hostel again next time I go to Munich
