Best Neutraubling Hotels

We were on business trip with colleagues and we searched a good hotel near the motorway in the short term in the evening. When booking directly at the hotel we could save 40,- euros compared to the price indicated at Booking.com. The hotel has sufficient free parking. I was stayed in a renovated room on the 2nd floor. The room was modernly furnished with a sufficiently large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient. We did not eat in the restaurant because it was already closed at our arrival.

I cannot recommend this hotel if you are passing through heading south. Firstly, the female receptionists were rude and very unhelpful. We drove from Denmark to Croatia and booked the hotel both ways. I read on their website that they had a restaurant and that it closed at 9pm. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at 8:10pm and were told there was a buffet and therefore they closed at 8:30pm. We had to hurry down to eat, which they reluctantly allowed because we arrived late. On the way back, we were told at the reception that the kitchen was closed, so instead of relaxing, we had to go out into the city to find some dinner. They had decided that everyone should have a glass carafe of water taken up to their room upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient when you were holding all your luggage and had to find your room by yourself. You then had to remember to bring the same bottle down with your luggage when checking out. Otherwise, you were asked to go up and get it before you could check out. One star for the mentioned receptionists.

Top Hotel und Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauberes Hotel und sehr gute Betreiber. Am Eingang sind jetzt sehr saubere Sitzgelegenheiten, um im Sommer gemütlich draußen zu sitzen. Wenn ich zwischen Passau und Regensburg unterwegs bin, fahre ich grundsätzlich hier her. Die jetzigen Betreiber sind sehr hinterher, dass sich Gäste hier wohl fühlen. Dementsprechend das sehr gute Ergebnis bezüglich des Hotels. Ich freue mich, wenn ich hier in der Gegend und weiß hier gut aufgehoben zu sein bei einem Betreiber, der auch das Gespräch zu seinen Gästen sucht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Gerhard Müller/Fa. This is my second time at this hotel, hotel & amp. The room is perfect I ordered well, everything was fine

PROS: + cheap and good breakfast (coffee, hot chocolate, eggs, sausages, bread, honey, jams, cereals, yoghurts, juices, etc.), just 10€ per person + kind staff members (esp the receptionist who answered all of our questions about Regensburg!) + plenty of supermarkets nearby + free parking CONS: - drunk people sitting by the hotel in the evening, felt very uncomfortable outside - a bit far from Regensburg (recommended for people travelling by car!)

guter Service, gutes Frühstück, angenehmer Wellnessbereich, angehnehme Mitarbeiter, ... Das Hotel habe ich bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und war diesmal rundrum zufrieden. Nur die Garagentüre wurde noch nicht repariert.

We booked our 1 night stay for Christmas 2023, a few days earlier. It took 3 times to confirm the reservation online since their webpage was crashing. We chose an option to pay upon arrival and were charged only €0.01 reservation fee. A day before our arrival we received an email stating that our card couldn't be charged for the full amount and that we have until noon to send the correct card details or we will lose our booking. After explaining that we were given and chose the option to pay upon arrival, they said it's okay then. We received 2 emails about the reception working hours on Christmas, first that it's until 17h, then until 15h. As we arrived later, we needed to self check-in and pay at the machine, which went fine. However, the room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guest (the bed was not made, the dirty towels were on the floor). The on-call staff member immediately gave us another room. The room was very small and basic but clean (the 2nd one). The bed was quite small (French bed) but comfortable. The room was extremely basic equipped, not even a cup for the tooth brushes or a trash bin in the room itself. No closet, just a few open hangers. But the worst part was that there were strange sounds during the night in the room/building, like banging in the pipes or something. We didn't have any appliances on (e.g. AC/heating, light) so we don't know what these sounds were but they were very disturbing, keeping us up the whole night. The next morning we heard another guest complaining about it as well. The breakfast was good, a variety of bread, sausages and cheese, 3 types of jams, a chocolate spread, boiled eggs, 2 types of juice, coffee and cocoa from the machine, tea, sweet pastry, yoghurt, etc. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, although only the boiled egg was a warm option. The staff was friendly. The location is great, close to the highway, the bus stop is in front which takes you to the old town in 20 min, buses on Christmas went every 20 min until 20h (and until 22h from the city back to the hotel stop). The daily ticket for 1 person was €3. However, not much to do in the city on Christmas, even the Christmas market was closed. Overall we were satisfied for the 1 night passing by, but wouldn't book it for longer given the bad organisation with the cleaning of the rooms, the weird sounds in the building construction, as well as extremely basic rooms.
