The AC will only run when you insert the room key first. So you might enter warm and sticky rooms since the windows open only a small slot. Positive is that the AC is seperately controlled for each room, the temperature are not preset by the hotel or limited to e.g. 20° and equally important blow even on the min. setting sufficiently strong to cool down the room unlike in many other hotel chains (e.g.NH). Most rooms during my stay were in a good condition, but some rooms need a fix up. The worst are those rooms with worn out mattresses, when I wake up in the middle of the night with back pains. Today’s room however tops it all since I noticed left to my pillow the label “Foot End”. Whoever designed the bathroom never took a shower in his design, because even being very careful holding the shower head in the hand and away from the open cabin end, was I able to keep the passage dry, when you leave the shower head in the fixture the complete passage is wet. A cheap wiper to dry the passage would help, since towels are for drying yourself and not the floor. Depending on which side your room faces you might hear guests talking and laughing outside. If you don’t park directly in front of the entrance you have to lift your trolley and carry on over several steps, when you park at the side.

Ich bin seit 10 Jahren Accor Kunde, momentan mit schon langjährigem Gold Status. Trotz dessen muss ich auch manchmal aus verschiedensten Gründen die Budget Variante wählen, was ich in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrmals mit sehr positiven Erfahrung gemacht habe. Leider war das diesmal nicht so. Ich habe Ihr Hotel augrund der Lokation gewählt - ich hatte das Vorstellungsgespräch in direkter Nachbraschaft. Mir war in der Hitze wichtig mich nicht so viel bewegen zu müssen und gut versorgt mit Essen und Kilmaanlage zu werden. Leider konnte meiner Erwartungen und Wünschen nicht entgegengekommen werden. Zum einen sind die Informationen auf der Accor Internetseite und in der App nicht aktuell - das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück mehr an obwohl alle Voraussetzungen dafür vor Ort vorhanden sind und das Check out findet überraschenderweise bereits um 11 Uhr statt und nicht um 12 Uhr. Das war gravierend wichtig weil ich mein Termin erst um 13 Uhr hatte. Auf meine Frage ob ich im Zimmer länger bleiben kann auch gegen Zuzahlung (wie das in den anderen Budget Hotels der Fall ist) hat man mir beantwortet, dass das auf gar keinen Fall möglich ist da die Zimmer alle bis 14 Uhr aufgeräumt werden müssen und unten im Lobby kann ich auch nicht warten da das quasi die Büroräumlichkeiten des Personals sein sollten. Von der Freundlichkeit konnte da natürlich keine Rede sein. Somit habe ich am Tag des Check outs bis 11 Uhr die Zeit im Zimmer genutzt um mich für den Termin vorzubereiten und um auch nicht gestört zu werden den Aushang ”Bitte nicht stören” auf die Tür gebracht. Das hat man natürlich nicht beachtet und ab 9 Uhr durchgehend Staubsauger direkt vor meiner Tür angemacht. Dann um 10.57 hat der unfreundliche Mann an meine Tür wütend ”geklopft” und mitgeteilt, dass es 11 Uhr ist und ich raus soll. Das ganze natürlich bei weiterhin laufendem Staubsauger, den er ungenutzt an gelassen hat bis ich das Zimmer verlassen habe. Einfach unverschämt. Im Endeffekt musste ich zum Frühstück bei fast 40 Grad zum 600 m entfernten Bäcker laufen, dort die verbleibende Zeit vergeuden und mich dann in meinem bis zu unglaublicher Temperatur vorgeheizten Auto für den Termin umziehen. So eine schlechte Erfahrung hatte ich noch nie gehabt mit Ihren Hotels. Des Weiteren wird das Hotel überwiegend von den Bauarbeiter genutzt, die die Nachtruhe nicht bewahren. Ich wurde mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht da ein Gast an die Tür des anderen geklopft hat um den aufzuwecken und dabei die ganze Etage geweckt.

My booked room (stamming customer) was rented by the owner to another customer although he did not receive any disclaimer from me. Since we are stamming customer he knew exactly that when we booked a room with him, we always arrive at any late. If we weren't coming, we would cancel the room with him. He usually doesn't care about the booked rooms because this activity is done by his employees. There is no reception in this accommodation that is occupied all day, only in the morning. The keys are in the postboxes or by Corona next to a room list where exactly registered which customer gets which room. The customer therefore uses himself. The owner is found next to the stick. If you have problems with the room or TV etc. you must go to the stick. I have called him in the clue more often to tell him I'm coming later. But here it was called every time, that's not a problem, the keys are still in the hotel and every customer can use himself. That's why I thought it was okay then you don't have to call today, but much missed, the room was gone when I arrived at night, because of a date, about 22.00 clock. He told me by phone, because he wasn't there himself, he would have rented the room further because he thought I wouldn't come anymore. He never interested in our arrival time. Then he offered me an upgrade in the old courtyard, in which he is or was also owner. The suite was a conception. It smells very intensively to mother, the bathroom and also the room. It was so intensive that I could not make an eye. So much about the theme upgrade. The next day I was like wheeled, no wonder almost without sleep, so I had to cope with my daily work. Never again Green Forest or Old Court. Thank you Mr. Fein.

At arrival and departure we were provided by friendly staff with all tips and information. During the entire stay, all the staff who met us were super joyous and premature. Our room was just furnished very large and clean for it. Remarkable is the great bathroom! We booked breakfast for only €5 on site. This offers a super price-performance ratio and we found everything we needed. There was even lactose-free yoghurt! Thank you again to the entire team! We had a great time and will certainly come back soon.

I didn't live, and I told me that the water pipe was broken. I changed a hotel (this one bears the cost of a new hotel). It takes 20 minutes to drive there. It's very tossing. Can you say that the Germans are more mechanical and can't contact in advance? . .

The hotel is located next to the high speed, Google Maps navigation is accurate, self-driving is convenient, about ten kilometers to the airport, only 15 minutes. The hotel is listed 4🌟, the room is small, the box can be opened at the door, there is a capsule coffee machine and capsule in the room, breakfast is rich, parking is free. The last night of driving to Flange Airport is recommended and the price is very high. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to the airport, but charges are charged.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Very Friendly staff, EXTREMELY accommodating, great breakfast buffet, and VERY clean rooms. Really happy with our stay. Also has a tiny corner in the lobby with a few activities for kids such as books, puzzles and blocks to play with. Underground parking available with an extra fee if desired.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht, da ein Konzert im Schlachthof anstand. Die Location ist quasi direkt gegenüber - sehr praktisch. Vor dem Check-In im Hotel erhält man die Möglichkeit einen Online Check-In zu durchlaufen. Für das Öffnen der Zimmer und des Hotels außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten erhält der Gast einen Zahlencode. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei und ohne Voranmeldung zu nutzen. Sehr praktisch. TIPP: Die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus ist über die Murnaustraße hinter dem Haus. Der Hinweis am Haupteingang ist leider zugewachsen. :D Der Check-In selber verläuft problemlos. Man bemerkt hier schon eine gewisse Nonchalance, die aber durchaus sympathisch ist. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Snack- und Getränkeautomat und Computerarbeitsplätze. Die Zimmer sind helle, alle einheitlich und kompakt. Fenster lassen sich öffnen, die Klimaanlange arbeitet gut. Die Betten sind mit 80*200CM gerade noch groß genug und haben einen angenehmen Härtegrad. TV und WLAN waren da. Letzteres mit wechselnder Qualität. Sehr ordentlich war die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück ist mit 10,50 EUR p.P. wirklich günstig. Auswahl und Qualität sind in Ordnung. Kaffee gibt es aus dem Vollautomaten, Saft aus dem Spender. Neben den üblichen Verdächtigen stehen auch Knäckebrot und Süßgebäck zur Verfügung. B&B erfüllt genau das, was man mit der Marke verbindet. Die Unterkunft ist günstig und praktisch.
