We experienced this hotel as a horror! Everything that could go wrong went wrong but the dirty floor cover I made a photo and showed to the reception did not make an impression. But I got a glass of wine......... offered. The dinner was terrible, a pizza with the Principal in, so out of the freezer. For 6 hours no cup of coffee to sell, after 3 hours in the car, no bottle of water. Infriendly, indecent, really terrible.

There were five of us checked into the hotel and we had two rooms with sliding doors - superb. Great hotel, very clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds, delicious drinks. Great connections to shopping and as a musical hotel - that's how we used it! Competent and friendly staff at reception, cleaning and bar. The shuttle service was also great. We were completely satisfied. Super tasty, balanced, healthy breakfast - everything your heart desires. From fresh fruit/vegetables to delicious scrambled eggs, a great selection of bread/rolls and tea and coffee specialties. We didn't miss anything! The private sauna was also a dream and we really enjoyed it! Thank you so much for the great stay! I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was superb. We arrived from the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland. This place was perfectly positioned a couple of hours from the port for an overnight stay before exploring Germany. The car park was spotless. The reception staff were professional and very welcoming. All the hotel was very clean and airy. A lovely atmosphere. The room was very well appointed and, again, spotless. There was a lot of attention to detail: providing flannels, shower basket to hold our toiletries, movement sensor lights under the bedside cabinets, in the hallway, and in the bathroom perfectly dim so just enough light to get to the bathroom at night without having to fumble for switches, to avoid waking up the other occupant. Bedside light switches on the front of the bedside cabinet so you don’t have to be a contortionist to operate them. The breakfast was exceptional. Huge variety of hams, cheeses, breads, yogurts, and freshly cooked eggs which were perfectly cooked and a beautiful orange/yellow colour showing good quality. To top it off there was a tea station with numerous choices of leaf tea to self serve into teapots. They even supply specialist sugar to go with it! Eg unrefined sugar crystals. We loved it so much, we decided to stay another night and explore the delightful town. Not much there but lovely boulevards to walk down. We will come back here on our next trip to Europe.

We stayed at residents for one night only and we were pleasantly surprise with the spacious and modern family room we were upgraded to for no extra cost. The reception staff was helpful and friendly with no delays when we were checking in and out. The hotel has also a games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and toys for smaller kids. Optional breakfast for €4 pp was a bargain. We came by car and there is free unsecured parking next to a swimming pool 50m from the hotel. Note that the hotel is in a low emission zone so even foreign cars need a green sticker to avoid penalty. We purchased this for €6 in a Dekra Aschaffenburg as that was on our way and it took 5 minutes with no hassle but you need you V5 or equivalent.

The procedure, exclusively digital and personally, is customary and not ”my thing”, but for that you get a nice room for little money. The suite in 4. The floor was large, clean, well and modernly furnished and very quiet despite the location in the center. Only two sticks did not work and the water flow in the washing basin was almost completely stuck. Normally, you would report this at the reception, but unfortunately it was not available.

Nice hotel. The lady at the reception/bar was very friendly and working very hard. The lobby is nice with some cosy chairs and couches. Rooms are simple , but clean and really quiet. Shower had a decent water pressure. Breakfast was tasty, good variety of food.

This is building with few apartments and with no reception, so this is not a hotel (name on google maps may be misleading). We rented a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 nights - spacious, modernly furnished, well-equipped kitchen with household appliances (nothing was really missing). One main bathroom and additionally a second toilet. Ample parking at the back of the building. A few minuses - we arrived late at night and the whole apartment was cold because the heating was turned off (good we all packed long sleeves pijamas). I confirm the opinions that the mattresses are soft, so not necessarily good for everyone. For such a large apartment and the number of guests it can accommodate, I missed a larger sofa / more seats in the living room, in the living area by the coffee table.

Also die Dusche als ich die gesehen habe dachte ich mir, ok das wird mein stammhotel, nur leider 1 punktabzug für den überhaupt nicht passenden duschkopf, erstens zu schwach und zweitens zu nah an der Ecke, das war so richtig enttäuschend, nichts destotrotz würde ich da wieder buchen, hoffe nur das der Geschäftsmann mal sich überlegt diese Kleinigkeit zu verbessern für die Perfektion. Ausserdem ist der Boden die aller beste Wahl die man haben konnte, bei den anderen hat man immer ein Ekel bekommen, bei dem habe ich mich getraut barfuss zu laufen Danke
