Excellent
The small, charming hotel is worthwhile by its excellent location and its great potential. It is obvious that the quality standards of a Grand Hotel are aiming. However, we believe that there is lack of qualified staff and effective management that enforces these standards. In the breakfast area there was lack of cups and cocktails. When I pointed out to the staff, a service force reacted very hysterically, saying they were only third and that for financial reasons no additional staff could be recruited. In this case, I was pushed unsatisfactoryly on my shoulder and strongly asked to complain about the reception. Since I had already been disregarded by a dishonest kindness, I renounced it. The hotel was not in the entire hotel, even at the reception at request. So the chaos remained uncoordinated and the laughter was first bad. Some staff seem to be trying to show their dissatisfaction with the management, but the cleaning staff and the Eastern European staff were good at work and always friendly. “The common thing between a guest and a staff member is that both are not forced to be there.”

Also this year again had a great stay! Rudy location and yet no 10 minutes of car from beautiful sandy beach. Also excursions to the surroundings make laune. To do this you get valuable and helpful tips from the boss. Apartment clean, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful staff! Also with roller easy to master. Breakfast again a whistle (lovingly decorated sauce, cheese and fish plates, marmelade, honey, nutella, eggs in various variations, musli, hot and cold drinks until discharge) and all served at the table! You don't let us have another choice! We'll have to come back.

Ssvenolivers2016Die Lage von dem Hotel ist in Timmendorf sehr zentral. Auf der einen Seite der Strand und auf der anderen direkt das Zentrum. Das Hotel verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die mir persönlich wichtig sind. Parkplatz, Pool, sehr freundliches Personal und hinzu, noch ein hervorragendes Frühstück und eine gute Speisekarte für den Abend. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, gefällt es mir persönlich sehr gut. Der Balkon ist zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr schön.

GGuest UserWe booked two days over New Year's Eve including breakfast. The location is perfect, you can walk straight into the city center after leaving the hotel and the Christmas market was right on your doorstep on the last day. The neat and clean rooms are not too modern but that doesn't bother you at all, on the contrary, it just suits the hotel. We ate in the hotel's own restaurant one evening and the food and service were great! We couldn't find anything to complain about. There are a few free parking spaces in the hotel courtyard, but you have to drive around the back into the parallel street to get to them. The breakfast is standard. There was nothing special but also nothing that we personally missed. What was positive was that it was very clean at breakfast and dinner. The staff were always polite and friendly. We will be back for the Fehmarn Marathon.

The hotel is probably under new management and you realize that extreme! We had booked and then only read the groove bad reviews, so that we came with mixed feelings. But it lights and shines everywhere!! At least our room and everything we have seen from the hotel was more than clean. Rooms and sanitary area were really perfect. Breakfast good and extensive, service anticipated and friendly. What more wants! You can forget the “old” reviews consoled, we will surely come back!
