Great hotel location, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms. We were passing Berlin and were looking for one night stay. Hotel is very well accecible from highways. Kids loved spacious rooms and big comfortable beds. Special thanks to a very friendly receptionist for a pleasant conversation after long trip :)

We can recommend this hotel because of the convenient location in Dreilinden next to the motorway from Potsdam to Berlin and the 24 hour reception. This Ibis hotel is opposite the B&B hotel in Dreilinden. Parking is 3 euro's per day. Next to the hotel there is a gas station and an Mac Donalds. Our room on the ground floor was basic and some furniture was damaged. It was very quiet though and the beds were good. Checkin was easy and quick. That was what we were looking for. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the west part of Berlin.

What should you say? The rooms were good and comfortable 🙋‍♀️. The reception was a little habitual 🥴 The breakfast was very bad 🤮. It is advertised with sustainability and you have packed things. The staff did not come to do it properly. No cups, knives, eggs..... You always had to ask. The egg was fluid 🤮 142 registrations at 42 seats. 🧐🧐🧐 There is a better place for every youth hostel or pension. How to call yourself only hotel with alleged ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Have stayed at a few hotels in Berlin - and this is the one I keep coming back to - location, and value for money - design and comfort and tranquillity and harmony of design - staff always very professional, helpful and most welcoming and friendly - breakfast is a wonderful indulgence. sadly we have very bad experience with The receptionist The receptionist behaved with us in a very very very disrespectful manner. This happened on Saturday night at 2:30 am The hotel door was locked and we were outside in the cold weather for a time Then he prevented me from taking my girl to her room, even though I told him that I would not stay here and that I would leave in five minutes, Then he refused to sit my girl in the lobby and asked us to leave or he would call the police and started threatening us in a manner without respect and screaming as if we were in his house and not in a respectable 4-star hotel !!!!! Then I asked him to call the manager but he yelled at me and told me that he is the manager and he does not have a manager Then he started repeating words in a strange language, maybe Hindi or Arabic, as if he was cursing us If he was able to erase this complaint from the e-mail, we will send it to several other places and we will put it in the description on the Internet and in booking and in all places because we do not accept to pay and book for a room in a respectable hotel and receive insult instead of a good word and good behavior He must learn to speak with customers with respect and tact and Etiquette ..I am a teacher and my girl is a marketing director.
