The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

On the first day of arrival a child threw up in the pool bar which we had Ymir pay for food even though all inclusive. The sick re maimed there all day and evening until it dried up only a sign was put their saying wet floor caution. The table wasn’t cleaned nor the floor. Considering the last time I stayed here we ended up being sick lessons clearly not learned. To add insult we got put in a room a the far end of the resort with only a brick wall as a Burmese. But friends arrived two days later and got an outstanding room and view. If you truly want to be treated well and proper five star accommodation the try the hotel titanic who really do onus what it means. Still stuck here room 8043 if the hotel is looking until Saturday. But could if possible leave to go home or go elsewhere. Don’t come here expecting anything good ( sorry apart from the weather at this point ) although don’t expect to see it from your room

Firstly I don’t know if I went to a different place to some of the reviews on here but I can tell you take them with a pinch of salt! The place is everything it needs to be. It’s clean, and the bungalows are of a good size and the added air con is a welcome plus The food is great, large selection across all meal settings so I don’t understand how you can’t find anything to eat? The meat on offer was very good during our stay and I never once saw Rabbit or goat??? The pool area is well placed with shelter from the wind. Yes the pool is not heated and here’s a shocker it’s a little cold on January! Still managed to go in everyday as did many others. Found no issue with any staff. All polite and courteous especially in the restraint area. Didn’t hear about any burglaries during our visit and saw security patrolling. Got a safe deposit box (10 euro returned at end of trip) and was sensible about leaving things out in view etc. Yes the location is probably not great if you have mobility issues but also think no one is trying to hide the fact and the complex its self seems to have ramps wherever possible to ensure access. Overall we had a great stay my only negative was the evening entertainment needs a re look in my opinion but it didn’t bother us too much. In summary if you are looking for a cheap, clean place to base yourself and enjoy the weather this is the one. Ps well done on catching the chap who thought he could blag the all inclusive! One band 6 or 7 people doesn’t work 😂

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday! The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused. We will definitely be back here. WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.
