FFarAway43135866555The hotel is located in a beautiful location nearby Ciudad Real. The scenery is stunning, the hotel facilities are great too; exterior pool, spa, massage, a Michelin restaurant, golf, etc The problem is service at the restaurant and cafeteria during the day. The hotel seems short staffed and the service is poor and slow. We did not have the chance to have dinner at the Michelin restaurant, but the regular restaurant was average. The spa had several amenities that were on maintenance so it was not possible to enjoy it to its full potential. Overall, good place but needs improvement if it’s considered a 5 star hotel.

Nos lo regalaron unos amigos por nuestras Bodas de plata. Lo que pretendía ser un día y noche de ensueño, se convirtió en una pesadilla. Llegamos a las 16:30h pensando en aprovechar el día en la piscina, después jacuzzi, cena y por ultimo disfrutar de la noche viendo las estrellas. Pues nada mas llegar, la primera en la frente, la piscina no estaba llena. Vale, pues nos quedamos en la habitación, Halley, nos tocó. Imposible! La habitación era un horno cuando llegamos y hasta 2 horas después no empezó a refrescar el aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba sucia, el suelo lleno de migas y hormigas. Olía a cerrado y sucio. La cúpula llena de polvo y churretes. Nos salimos al jardín y al abrir la sombrilla, estaba rota. Vimos que había una manguera fuera y al menos pudimos refrescarnos un poco hasta las 19:00h que teníamos el jacuzzi. A las 19:00h nos dirigimos al jacuzzi y casi morimos intoxicados. La sala estaba llena de vapores tóxicos del exceso de químicos y tuvimos que salirnos. El chico nos dijo que iba a solucionarlo y nos llamaría un poco mas tarde. A las 19:40h nos acercamos y nos dijo que ya estaba solucionado, pero al entrar, seguía el ambiente cargado de químicos y decidimos desistir y darnos una ducha, antes de cenar. Pues casi tampoco. Salía poca agua y fría y después de esperar un rato, como nos dijo el chico, seguía saliendo fría. Menos mal que era verano y con el calor que hacía dentro, se aguantaba. No me quiero imaginar si vas en invierno. A las 20:30h nos vamos a cenar y como nos habían ofrecido pagar 25€ para hacer la cena en las tinajas, mas íntimo y lo aceptamos. La tinaja por dentro, también estaba sucia, llena de migas, restos de comida por los sillones. Afortunadamente, la cena estaba rica. El cocinero que nos trajo la cena, se cachondeo de lo del jacuzzi y nos ofreció hacerlo después de cenar, pero ya nos habíamos “duchado” y después de cenar ya no apetecía, aparte que no me fiaba. Después de cenar, nos dijo que pasáramos para pagar el extra. Ilusa de mi, pensaba que no lo cobrarían en compensación por lo del jacuzzi. En fin, de donde no hay, no se puede sacar. La noche, pues normal. La cama era cómoda, pero la burbuja tiene tanto polvo y tantos arañazos, que para ver el cielo, mejor salir fuera, hasta que te comen los bichos. A la mañana siguiente, a las 10:00h ya volvía a ser un horno y empezamos a recoger para salir de allí corriendo. Ha sido una experiencia lamentable para el precio que tiene. Es un timo y un robo. Por lo que cobran, al menos debería estar limpio y bien mantenido. Es una verdadera pena, porque podría ser una experiencia increíble, pero con la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza y dejadez, al final es una pesadilla. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
