MminiminiminiNext to the Santiago Cathedral, the end of the pilgrimage route, you can put down your hiking bag and change your clothes to go shopping. It's so convenient. The rooms are American style and very good. The only thing is that I can't get used to the breakfast there.

GGuest UserThe staff ( Natalia) friendly knowledgeable of the area, good recommendations, friendly, gave us history of the building and speaks English. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable . Coffee machine and fridge in the room was so nice for us. So close to the cathedral we could walk 20 steps and be there. They offer a nice breakfast, we did not take it because we like to explore. There is also a nice cafe bar right outside the door. I would love to stay here again!

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights in one of the ”atico” rooms on the 4th floor. The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We had a nice time here overall. I'm not a fan of slanted ceilings and did bump my head a couple times. The hotel room was very clean and daily housekeeping did a nice job. It was very nice of them to provide daily bottled water. The room was pretty spacious but not all areas were useful due to the slanted ceiling. I would have liked to have an extra chair or bench in the room, in the slanted areas, and also bathroom, to place personal items. Just a suggestion for improvement that would be fairly easy for the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Santiago again.

AAna MALVery convenient location close to Praza de Galicia, walking distance to the city centre and the shuttle to the airport in Rúa do Hórreo. Nice little cafe on the ground floor. Reception is at the first floor. Modern installations and very clean room. We had a balcony so we were able to enjoy the fresh air from Santiago. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are included. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is a good size, although we did not use it.

AAnonymous UserLocation is perfect walking distance to the center. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and good condition. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom was recently renovated in good size. The room has an open view to the square. Breakfast is good plenty of everything. The service of the hotel is friendly snd good.

Great location for finishing your pilgrimage to Santiago. On arrival, welcomed and made feel at ease that all will be looked after . Clean and tidy reception area. Room had a terrace to sit out on and view a colourful flower filled garden with the cathedral as a back drop .. . Very comfortable & space in room . Area to hang up clothes . Smart tv . Breakfast was plentiful and simple .. Any requests were dealt with efficiently and nothing was a problem .

谢谢It’s a bit away from the attraction, but it’s more convenient to drive. The underground garage can be directly connected to the floor where the room is located. The room is a suite with an extra bed. The surrounding is very quiet.

Great hotel, good location with secure underground parking ideal for cars or motorcycles. Manager could not have been more helpful - let us leave our motorcycles for a few hours in the parking area after checkout and stored our biking gear while we spent time looking round the town. Rooms and facilities all fine - would definitely stay here again 👍

Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen. Yes, it's noisy. Yes, you can see some items dated. I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition. Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals though. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is excellent - close to public transport, close to old town, but not too close. Shops just outside and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitively use them again. Just one small thing: while wifi signal is decent, they should think of upgrading their internet connection, offered speeds would be sufficient in 2005, not in 2023. Had to switch to 4G to do anything.

GGuest UserEstuvimos alojados en un apartamento en la planta superior el pasado mes de diciembre y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido últimamente. Apartamento luminoso, reformado, espacioso y totalmente equipado. Zona muy tranquila e ideal, se encuentra en la zona universitaria, fácil acceso y para encontrar aparcamiento por las noches. Si tuviera que poner una pega, sería la presión del agua caliente es débil. Personal muy amable y profesional, también agradecer a Ana y su compañero de recepción el trato tan amable y servicial que nos ofrecieron y la posibilidad de dejarnos guardar las maletas en el hotel el día del check-out, viene genial ya que muy cerca hay una parada de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto directamente. Para terminar me gustaría comentar, este punto es totalmente ajeno a la dirección o gestión de los apartamentos, y es la poca empatía que tienen algunos huéspedes cuando vuelven a altas horas de la madrugada por el descanso y derecho a dormir de los demás, y espero con este comentario poder concienciar un poco a futuros clientes, ya que normalmente leemos los comentarios y a todos nos gusta disfrutar en nuestras vacaciones, tanto de día como de noche.
