Absolutely fantastic stay! Perfect spot for relaxing. Amazing breakfast each day in the most beautiful setting, very accommodating staff in all areas of the hotel and 2 of the best massages! Very handy to have car parking right outside the hotel and the town was lovely to explore. Definitely get some of the pure lavender from the local shop.

Celebramos nuestro 50 aniversario de boda con nuestros hijos y nietos y la tía total 17 aprovechando la floración de la lavanda estuvimos muy cómodos. La casa estupenda las habitaciones cada una con baño y aire acondicionado el comedor grandísimo con la mesa enorme como en la terraza con posibilidad de poner más mesas la barbacoa muy bien con leña preparada también garage guardamos los 5 coches es una maravilla de casa bien equipada de electrodomésticos vajilla y utensilios de cocina la ubicación muy cerca del centro histórico la señora Carmen muy atenta fue un puente de Santiago maravilloso con todos si podemos en alguna ocasión volvemos

TTrek16947757754We stayed at the hotel on a car trip. The Hotel is near the highway and free parking at the hotel was easy. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also in good condition. Breakfast was good with variety. It has a big shopping center near. The gym was also in great conditions with many options.

We stayed one night and also parked in the garage.The garage doesn't belong to the hotel but its below the hotel with direct access via a lift. This isn't mentioned on their website. Our room was at the front on the third floor, and was quiet despite being on a busy street.It got lots of sun in the morning which was nice. The room was comfortable and clean.The heating provided quite a bit of dust unfortunately.The bathroom has a walk in shower which was good much better than others where you have to climb over a bath. Toiletries were provided as expected and on tap in the shower area. Robes and slippers would have been nice! No extras for being a member and no upgrade. We didn't have breakfast neither was it suggested on check in. The hotel is very well situated to walk to the main sites, coffee shops,bars and restaurants. Other than being automatically checked out at 7.30 am ( we haven't )we enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer. The car park was confusing when trying to pay and exit.The hotel reception staff gave written instructions which didn't work and we spent 15 minutes having to go back up to reception to clarify the process and still it wasn't clear. If our car wasn't loaded up so much we wouldn't park under ground again with all these issues because there is free parking right outside. Whilst this so called secure parking discounted to 12 Euros is available its a real frustration to exit and caused an avoidable delay.
