I wish I could give 6 Stars, this place was absolutely perfect. We stopped for one night arriving late they kept the lights on and waited for us! Breakfast was also amazing, eggs to order with fresh bacon and all of the other normal menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. This is a boutique hotel as it should be. Everything was well taken care of, staff was very welcoming and the suite was wonderful. The price quality for this hotel is outstanding. El Rocío is a special place to spend a couple of nights. During the evening the atmosphere is magic. It is better to go during weekdays to avoid weekenders and second home owners, if you wish to experience the quiet magic of the place. Just one remark: we tried to use the bar terrace for a drink, but it was hardly possible to sit on any chair. They were almost all dirty with bird droppings. Now, in this place so close to the national park, I guess this can hardly be avoided, unless a creative solution could be found to cover the terrace somehow ….

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very comfortable. We have been informed and in 5 minutes they have assigned us another distance from these plants, which we are very grateful. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The girl (I don't remember her name) who attended us at the very professional, pleasant, sympathetic and efficient reception.

DDutchy911We had a 7 day vacation at the golf resort. We were recognised as gold member and received an upgrade to a ‘villa’. It was nice for the four of us my daughter and boyfriend stayed in the main building. In the villa there was no storage in the bedroom and a bathtub on the second floor with a shower, I would update this to a walk in shower there is plenty of space. Breakfast, dinner and 5 rounds of golf were in our package which was great. A bit more different themes during the week for diner are welcome but overall good. You can rent a buggy for 5 days with a package price of €160. We played padel 5 times which was a nice addition activity. Renting a court and rackets is €27,00 for 90 minutes. The golf course is challenging and with 27 holes has a lot of variety. Greens are really well maintained. There is a little train to the beach club that is a nice activity for a day or two. Plenty of fresh fish restaurants.

Ccatblack1798We were delighted with our room, but Senator Huelva had a sign in reception saying that breakfast was 8am to 11am. We were on a relaxing holiday so late breakfast was our preference. Arriving at say: 10:10 meant surly staff were clearing away as we tried to serve ourselves to the buffet and were impatient or unco-operative about any requests, for example, for a plate when they had run out. Then reception changed to sign to say breakfast was finishing at 10:30. This meant that from 10am the same carry-on started earlier and the doors closed at 10:30 on the dot. Staff, except for the cleaners, who were lovely people, were unfriendly and distant. Maybe the are paid badly or under stress, but we were there for a week and did not get a friendly word from anyone. WARNING do not use the carpark unless you are a very experienced driver. We arrived at 1am in a rental car from Faro and were put under pressure to pay for a week's parking. I resisted, thankfully, and we used it that night. We had a most stressful experience trying to find parking in a low, narrow, crowded carpark. We spent a lot of the next morning worrying about getting the car out again, especially as it was a rented car and any little scratch would be costly. To make things worse, as my partner was making the third attempt to manoeuver around the bend to exit, the hotel-controlled metal shutter began to descend. We narrowly avoided disaster by driving out quickly but I cannot imagine what would have happened if there had been pedestrians or we had stalled. There is a big, roomy and for-the-same-price carpark just further down the street beside the restaurants.

Location was excellent with good garage facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Good seating area and also a bar. Needed coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The hotel is old and needs some renovation such as floor tiling in the room.

GGuest UserBeautiful environment and first-class hotel facilities, including very attentive staff and detailed Covid agreements. The fact is that it was a small accident on the day of breakfast departure from 10 o'clock. There was a puddle in the buffet area. My husband slipped and fell, but a few days later he was alone in pain.

We booked a junior suite (DBB) for 3 adults for 2 nights. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. The staff, the room, the food and facilities were excellent. Parking is free. The swimming pool was still open with sunbeds and towels available the last week in October which was a nice touch. The views from this hotel are superb - the bridge linking Spain and Portugal is a lovely sight as are the views towards Portugal with the salt flats. In conclusion, we loved this character hotel and we would certainly like to return. This is Spanish Paradors at their best!

FFearless30424317752The hotel is located in a recidential area of Huelva. There is a Carrefour supermarket about five minuters drive from the hotel. We had a nice, clearing room of good size on the top floor. Breakfast was good and the staff nice. We had no problem finding an outdoor parking space free of charge and if you prefer parking indoors , the hotel has its own garage.

In general, the stay was good but given that we received a offer and we got cheaper than this hotel normally costs... For the price you usually have would not go again, you would choose other hotels in the city not so central, With better parking options and at better price the facilities are similar to this.
