"Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant."

"The hotel is very close to a large water tank. There are McDonald's fast food restaurants and restaurants nearby. The hotel has its own underground paid parking lot. When leaving the parking lot, be careful to stay away from the door to avoid hitting it when the door is opened. The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming, recommended restaurants to us, and helped us call to make reservations. The room is slightly small."

"Great location - good reception - very good beds - clean - good breakfast - a little bright - we had two Spanish men in the neighborhood room - which appear to be lost each other night - I went over and knocked at the door - there One of the men could escape from the room - I called at the reception and told - what they did I don't know - then was quiet - the hotel can yes no - for us, but unpleasant - before you go to the hotel is a Great free parking - surrounded by a wall - the friendly lady at the reception has pointed to us and also given us the name for the Navi."
