LOVED staying here, first ever hotel I booked and it was so nice the kindness and service the front desk gave us. The view of the ocean was amazing. Our room was outstanding. The entertainment was great! We couldn’t help but get on the dance floor! I would say the only issues was the flies that was everywhere when we were outside, but the bartender let us know it was just timing.

We spent 16 nights over Christmas and New Year at the Fariones and had a great time. The Hotel is beautifully and tastefully renovated with subtle luxury in a classic mid- century design which you would typically find in smaller boutique hotels. Many old features of the traditional Fariones Hotel were kept which all together provides a very comfortable and classy and elegant atmosphere without being stuffy or fussy. The grounds and garden resemble top luxury resorts in Thailand or the Maldives with plenty of palm trees, exotic gardens and many different and private areas for lounging, sun bathing, relaxing and so on. All 3 restaurants have their own style with great food and service. All rooms have sea views with a high level of comfort, design and decoration The sports center 2 minutes walk away although a little older offered everything needed and more... The hygiene concept was professional and taken seriously Hotel Director Jörg and his team made great efforts during Christmas and New Year with a classy programme of dining, entertainment, live music and daily piano sessions which all in all provided a very festive atmosphere. The multinational team of the Fariones displayed a very positive spirit. The hotel opened only a few month before the holiday season and it seemed that everone was exited to be back in business ater 4 yers of renovation. Despite the reopening there was not a single negative service moment in over 2 weeks. Just to name a few staff members who made it a special stay for us: Arnaud, Emilie and Javier from reception. Fransisco, Anna, Miriam and Elke from Guest relations. Marco, Elizabeth, Veronica, Ivano, Isaac and Julius from service Harriet and Patrick from Kaori The Lobby bar team Thanks to the Fariones team for a great Holiday I wish you all the best for the co ming months in this challenging pandemic times. GGauravGreat little hotel. Location was great too, supermarket outside and beach only a short walk. Staff friendly. Modern apartment with good wifi, clean drinking water, well equipped kitchen and a decent bathroom. Perfect for a sightseeing lanzarote holidays. Plenty of parking too.

FFabiana NavarroI didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. I thought it was very bad of him.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not on the beach, it is very close: The beach is somewhat windy but very large... you can take good walks along it and it is very quiet. the bed...they were close together but they separated to the minimum and you slipped through the middle...a horror. Even so, I would return to that hotel.

MMarcin SzymonFabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too.
The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

RRaymondA very large resort a small supermarket but if not all inclusive would be a problem as to getting cabs to the local town could get expensive
Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm
Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive
We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years
Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave

GGuest UserNice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

MMichaelJohnthis hotel is perfect if you want easy way to get to airport the next day. there is a bus stop 5 min walk away, the buses connect all the island. the staff are efficient and polite. they helped me print my boarding pass at no charge. I didn't try the dinner buffet(half a dozen dishes)but looked good for about 18 euros. there is a big map of arrecife on the wall that you can photo and use to get around the city. we had a sea view room,recommended the view is nice.

The pool was great and the life guard too. It’s a stone throw away from markets , touristic events etc
The only gripe I had was with 1 mm ants ? That popped up in the kitchen and bathtub was worn.
But it wasn’t dirty. Cleaning lady also cleaned everyday.
Definitely a lovely stay for the money and amazing staff.
