First impressions not great, receptionist not very friendly and didn't feel welcome. The public toilets had bad drain smell. Bedroom small and dim however all areas very clean and comfortable. Staff at bar/cafe very friendly and helpful The location is ideal with lots of bars/cafes a very short distance from the Parador

As far as I know this hotel is rated as four stars, but it could have more. Everything is sleek, modern and very clean. The room I was given was big and comfortable, and it had beautiful views too. Beds were exceptional. There´s also a huge thermal area, you have to book an hour, it seems to be overcrowded always, specially at mid-afternoons, I guess one should ask first when is the best hour. The facilities are very good: huge, at good temperature... and a lot of jets, plus sauna and Turkish bath. There´s also heated swimming-pools outside with the usual things: jacuzzi, jets and so on, and a fantastic non-heated swimming-pool with an independent access. Breakfast was also outstanding, much better than in many five stars hotels. Staff was great: attentive, nice, professional. All in all, except a few really minor details -the access to the garage isn´t ideal, for instance-, this hotel is really outstanding, ideal if you are looking for a break in an area that is also very nice, with a beautiful scenery and full of many points of interest.

Pluses We stayed a wonderful four weeks in this lovely hotel from late July to late August 2022 , using it as a home base for extensive travel around western Galicia. Staff were very responsive and helpful. No request was too much trouble for them. Excellent estuary views on the side facing the ria and partial estuary views on side facing car park. Good, varied breakfast available. Attractive bar with light meals inside facing car park at back of hotel. Main restaurant and Bistro face the ria. Rooms comfortable and pleasant with excellent views from 'internal' glazed balcony with wall-to-wall picture windows. Outdoor pool area facing the ria was well tended with different seating areas. It opens late and closes late by UK standards as it stays light until late in this part of Spain. Bar service available round the pool. Generally, cleaning was good throughout. Staff wore masks. Minus Indoor Spa pool was payment only. I did not use ot as tge weatger was mostly very goid so used tge putdoor pool. It looked pleasant. Was not very big and every time I asked the price at the Spa reception I was told a different answer. It might have been a language problem. I could not see the price prominently displayed but perhaps it was written somewhere in Spanish. Reception had told me to ask at the Spa reception. The dining tables by the pool are for the restaurant menu only at lunchtime. No pool snacks available. However, bar service is available round the pool and there were two or three bar tables with seating next to the ria. Personally, I wore a mask in the breakfast room when not eating. Very few people did so aart from tge staff. I would have liked to see more bottles of alcogel around and disposable gloves to wear at the buffet for handling implements. Everytime I took something from the buffet I popped out to use alcogel or wash my hands before eating. There was no real outdoor area to take breakfast so I opened one of the picture windows a little near me each time to get some fresh air. This contrasted with the situation at the Makedonia Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki where we had stayed recently and where there was a bottle of alcogel on each table and guests had to wear masks and disposable gloves at the buffet.

All perfect, personal, daily cleaning with towel change, room with details such as powders and bacons for the spa.No noise to thank.Very complete breakfast with a variety of products.Very central and attached to the port.We will repeat Secure

Estuvimos súper bien las habitaciones genial cama súper grande con terraza,todo muy limpio....muy céntrico el desayuno de buffet muy correcto y la cena de carta super bien la carne estaba buenísima además al quinto día te dejaban probar otros platos más como pulpo,navajas....pedimos una mariscada para dos estaba expectacular;pero tengo que recalcar también la buena atención y simpatía de los trabajadores del hotel pero en especial de los camareros estuvimos muy agusto como en casa...mi hijo se fue llorando no quería marcharse.por eso le doy un 10 y sin duda volvería a repetir lo recomiendo.

Decidimos alojarnos en el hotel porque tenia referencias del mismo y quería comprobarlo. Hay que entender que es un hotel que trabaja mucho con grupos, por lo cual siempre hay mucha gente. Tiene espacio para aparcar autobuses, he llegado a ver 4 autobuses de 12metros cada uno. Luego para los que vienen en su turismo, también tienen aparcamientos (gratuitos, cosa muy importante) dentro del recinto del hotel. La ubicacion es muy buena para visitar Cambados, Xanxenso, etc... La comida es Buffet y variada. Nosotros cenamos alguna noche y hubo algo que me llamo la atención, que ponen en la mesa una vez que la asignan algo típico de la tierra. Nosotros cenamos 3 noches y nos pusieron cada noche algo distinto, en nuestro caso pusieron la primera noche 1 cangrejo de mar para cada comensal, otro día pusieron almejas con una salsa y otro día pusieron mejillones al vapor. En el sótano del hotel hay una discoteca privada, que si hay demanda la abren, de hecho como siempre tienen grupos, lo normal que lo abran siempre por la noche después de la cena. La piscina no es muy grande, pero creo que da el servicio. La gente que yo he visto en el hotel la gran mayoría han ido para conocer la zona, por lo que no es que se pasen días sin salir del recinto. El personal es correcto y amable, tanto en recepción como en restaurante o bar, nos dieron muchas facilidades. Yo necesito dos almohadas y no hubo ningún problema, las tuve de inmediato. Lo único que yo eche en falta es un minibar en la habitación. No sé si otras habitaciones lo tienen, pero la mía no disponía de ello. Pero si no fuese eso, no le envidiara nada a otros hoteles de 4**** en los cuales nos hemos alojados. Calidad = Precio, considero por lo que hemos pagado en otros hoteles que esta muy bien. He marcado exelente aunque la habitacion que me toco no tenia minibar, porque aunque estoy acostumbrada a tenerlo cuando viajo, considero que hay que valorar todo y ese pequeño factor no es tan importante como otros factores que he comprobado y no seria justo quitar un punto si en otros factores como amabilidad+servicio+parking+limpieza sobresale.
