Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. The overall style of the hotel is good, and the location is also very good, that is, you must pay special attention to booking ordinary standard rooms. Some rooms have very high windows. If you want to see outside, you have to step on a stool and feel imprisoned. I changed to a big room with a balcony because of this, but I paid an extra 40 euros every day, and ended up with more than 3,000 yuan per night. It felt very expensive, but I didn't want to find a hotel with my luggage anymore.

The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase...

This hotel has been loved from the first moment of stay. The wood-toned aroma is very comfortable.
The staff who checked in were friendly and took the initiative to upgrade the room considering the large number of people in our family of three.
Environment: The hotel is full of art from the lobby to the restaurant, bar and lounge area, and the details are in place. Every desk lamp is just right and makes people feel comfortable.
Room: The color of the room is soft, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the two sinks makes it more convenient for multiple people to check in. Toiletries are exclusively customized by Byredo and Palma. Even with sunscreen and repair milk.
Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the quality of the ham is very good. Especially the croissants are different and very crisp. And when I wanted to enjoy the hot croissants baked, the staff immediately took freshly baked croissants to us.
Experience: full score 💯
Opposite the hotel is the church, 2 minutes from the central street.
Will definitely stay again next time. Really worth it!

Perfect hotel, perfect service staff, from the first moment you walk into the hotel, you can feel the warm service of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to the attractions, all kinds of delicious and fun around, it is a quiet place. The room size is very good, the details of various designs are perfect, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The attentive hotel staff also prepared me a surprise: a beautiful birthday cake. We had a perfect holiday here!

HHiro_MLocation: 20 minutes walk from central Parma, but I think the location is good.
Services: Very stylish with a spa in the basement and a bar and pool on the 4th floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean. I think the cleaning is thorough.
Amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. There aren't many other things, but they say it's for eco-friendliness. You can get it if you ask the front desk.
Overall, I think it's a very good hotel and I recommend it to Japanese people.

Near the seaside the location is very well.
The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them.
Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea.
Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices.
The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones.
But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful.
It’s really worth it to stay here.

JJVermaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach.
Nice and clean pool area with gym access. The hotel's commitment to art and culture, combined with its excellent amenities and top-notch service, make it a true standout among the city's many hotels.

PPui YingI recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

GGuest UserHotel well located in a coastal town with little movement. Fair cleaning, very improvable with poor finishes in the bathroom. Non-existent pillow with normal level air conditioning. Rooms not noisy but with very prompt cleaning activity. As for the breakfast, quite ample but not very rotatable, as well as the dinner (both with a very poor quality and INTENDED FOR THE GUIRI AND NOT SPANIARDS. Painful attention on the part of the team who, more than thanking us for our stay, forgave us for our existence, without naming the fights between the team itself in front of the clientele. I think the price is exorbitant for what is offered.

原原之鹰The room is very small but the layout is very reasonable and the decoration is quite new. The location of the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station (next to the ground, not noisy). If you want to go to other places on the island for a day, it is a good place to stay, very close to the city of Parma. Of course, Palma is a holiday resort, and the holiday is too small.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
