Outstanding
GGuest UserOur second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!.
The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

We were nicely surprised by the quality of the hotel. It is very clean, the room was spacious (we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children) everyone had a decent bed to sleep. The location is great, there are a few public parkings in the surroundings to leave your car and the train station but you are also at the beginning of what you would call the city center. There are restaurants close by. The breakfast at the hotel is worth, is not extend but very correct, you wouldn’t get the same outside for what you pay and the personnel is nice and friendly. They have this curious undergrounds to visit once a day which can be nice as a start of the touristic day. They communicate via WhatsApp with you before arriving and it proved to be useful, we could ask things that facilitated our arrival.

Insufficient parking for the type of hotel. The room is extremely small and the bathroom is hardly fit. The desk is difficult to use because of the small size of the stay. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean.

Basic, dated room but fine for a night. For the money (€111), we found it very expensive for what it was and compared to other Sercotels we’ve stayed at. Our room (1005) was smallish and looked out on to a pleasant street off the main square. It was noisy though, with a lot of noise coming from the corridor, which is a main thoroughfare to other bedrooms from reception, and from the breakfast room around the corner. Breakfast was okay but again, not worth paying the extra for. Better to get something from one of the many bars a few steps away. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

JjelltexWe stayed here for four nights in April, our room overlooked the road to the tunnel under the town, the drop must have been nearly 100m, but was worth it for the view, we sat on the balcony each evening with the star overhead. Breakfast was in the special bar, down from the first floor, out into the street, in through next door, down two flights of steps, across the terrace and down another flight of steps. It was OK going down, but a hike getting back up. But you get used to it.
