Mi pareja una ensalada con los cogollos de la lechuga que ni eso se han dignado a quitar, un poco de zanahoria y para de contar ni una triste cebolla para echar habia, nos dicen que solo entra agua y un vino que vete tú a saber a lo que sabe, porque muy buen olor no es que tuviese, nos quejamos de ello y me traen una jarra de cocacola de sobre con agua y justo enfrente una nevera de botellas de pepsi y más refrescos.Los postres un muss de café , chocolate y frutos del bosque con líquido, nos quejamos lo ve y rápidamente pone una escusa como si nunca hubiésemos comido uno en condiciones y encima para colmo me dice que si ya e probado una hamburguesa ”probar ehh” no me reembolsan el dinero. En las habitacion solo había 2 toallas pequeñas y una de ellas sucia, la nevera por más que hemos intentado no enfriaba,el aire acondicionado no funcionaba por mas horas que este puesto tuvimos que abrir la ventana para poder dormir. Lo único bueno que me llevo de este hotel es la cama que está muy bien para dormir y la piscina Doy 2 estrellas por pena pero por mi? Daría menos de 1 sin dudarlo.

I was travelling alone and have mobility issues so I need a hotel easy to navigate - whilst the hotel is slightly out of the center it is easy to reach by bus car or taxi plus is near to the airport The hotel is clean modern and welcoming - staff were extremely helpful offering advice about the up coming taxi strike and all the options - there are a couple of shops nearby if needed as well as a small selection of products available in the lobby Rooms are comfortable light and airy plus plenty of space I would recommend the hotel

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is attached to the stadium. The room furnishings well poor quality and covered in scratches more like you would find in an 1980’s hostel not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was ok, nothing great. Every window in the hotel was so dirty you could hardly see out of it. The bath in the bathroom was so narrow a child would even struggle to get into it. We were staying for the Scotland versus Spain football and the bar in the hotel closes at 11pm. For the majority of the people staying this was a huge disappointment as there was no bar or food available and there are no bars or restaurants close to the hotel. so yes it was convenient that we didn’t have to walk before or after the football match but there was no other positives about this hotel. I would never recommend it or stay here again and for the amount of money we paid it was a really disappointing stay.
